Fitzroy is an amazing trainer :) He genuinely cares about his clients and their goals. Fitz is the kind of trainer that brings a lot of energy, enthusiasm and encouragement to a session. He helps you push past your perceived limits through that encouragement. He doesn’t just help with the physical aspect of training but the mental aspect including the everyday stress in your life. He is a wealth of knowledge and is always giving me information on supplements, meditation, sleeping patterns and things that I can add to my daily regimen for a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. The combination of the physical and mental is beyond the training that most people are provided with, it has a therapeutic effect on your life. I’ve had increased energy and feel healthier overall, much of the stress and anxiety I have dealt with has subsided. I find comfort in Fitz’s approach, he lets me know it is a process and I don’t need to rush anything, that as long as I am staying on track and working out and eating right the results will come.
