This is officially my one year anniversary since I’ve been getting lash extensions… and must say, my first experience through my next visit on Friday, lol has been with Fluffeys. To think it started out with a Groupon and now it’s my addiction to loving me. I am so sorry it took me this long to write a review. I am hugely into… convenience, customer service and quality… and I get it all at Fluffeys. I LOVE the ease of scheduling online, I LOVE that my appointment is 99.9% on time and I also love the professional(and after a year of regularly scheduled visits, now personable) aspect of this business. Although this is the only place I’ve received lash extensions, I can still attest that her skillset is unmatched… since EVERYONE says to me(after I tell them), «I had no idea those weren’t your natural lashes». My lashes always look they always look perfect(and sexy if I say so myself, lol) and last very long too. If ever 5 – 10 min early and the door to Fluffey’s suite is closed, keep in mind, there is magic being performed on someone else’s eyes… I usually grab a seat and wait since the appointments are almost always right on time. ~~Note: sufficient parking in back of office suite~~

I had such a great experience @ fluffeys. This isn’t my first time getting eye lash extentions but I’ve never gotten them & loved them on the sand day. It usually takes a few days of brushing them/shedding until I’m satisfied but I can honestly say my lashes look perfect, I would go back full price any time!

I will try to keep it short! First, I arrived to the home in which the business suite was located and did not see any specified place to park. Once I found the office suite, I knocked. only to be brushed off by the sound of someone inside the small space listening to music and cleearrlyyy not interested in greeting me– at all. I keep my cool. Because I am, after all, a WHOPPING10 minutes early for my appointment. So I sit in the hallway wondering whether my car is getting towed in the private lot behind the building and what else this weird experience might have store for me. Then, once a few more minutes went by, I knocked again just to let the person know I had arrived. I was given a «Yeah, 10:45 right?» .and that’s it.(P.s. that was in approx 5 minutes. so awkward). No, «One moment while I finish what I am working on –or– thank you for your patience I’ll be there soon.» Nada. I’m sorry but that to me is just so rude. I was literally speaking to the door. It was pretty comical. I was not laughing right then, of course, because I felt like I was being ripped off for 60 bucks(which I have successfully returned after giving my story to Groupon). Anyway, I waited till 15 minutes PASSED my appointment time and decided that I felt very uncomfortable waiting around after all that so. I left a note explaining my dissatisfaction and departed. It was not worth waiting to risk a ticket or towing when clearly that person could not have cared less about our appointment or me as a customer. Hopefully this will be informative for others and was not too long winded. It feels amazing to vent that out.
