Have to agree with John G. except I AM a business customer and considering taking my business elsewhere. We have been in need of finalizing a server migration for over a year. Our support staff has been unresponsive and lackluster at best. My company has been without WiFi for sometime and their speed to resolve my issues has lagged to non-existent. Not a very satisfied customer.

They were hands down the best in Atlanta 5 years ago, they were small and offered great service. I was a home user with many computers to support. I moved to Florida and came back this past summer, service is terrible, seems the went to the business market, great idea BUT… now they do not have time and have forgotten about he people like me whom helped launch them. This is a textbook case study that you read about in business school, one that will can take a great company down. Only experience in business can avoid this type of action. I also used and payed for their backup service for years, when one of my computers failed they could not retrieve the data for weeks, and when they did the data was scrambled.

I hired Foojee when I was with two previous companies. How much of a better recommendation can you give than repeat business? I have been delighted by the customer service, responsive phone calls, understanding of my business needs and the ability to work with the budgets I had at both my previous start-up companies. They were hard working business vendors… scratch that… partners in our success. Foojee specializes in helping companies that have a good number of Mac or iOS devices. They provide IT support, repair services, software training and assistance with all things involving Apple products. They are especially helpful in iOS rollouts to sales teams that may otherwise use the Windows platform. I can’t say enough nice things about Foojee and Lucas Acosta, the owner. If given the opportunity I would hire them again.
