When I go to GA I always stop at Foot Solutions in Sandy Springs. Brian set me up with a very cute pair of Think boots that I never would have tried on. It was the perfect fit for my needs. Just having someone who knows how to fit my feet was very helpful. I got to know Marsha too. They really do care about your feet. Thank you for your commitment to help me get the right shoes.

Wonderful store. Caring and friendly family run business. If the fit isn’t perfect the first time they will figure out a way to fix it. I love that I can get cute shoes that are good for my feet and don’t hurt my bunion! I will definitely be back!

I have been buying shoes (and orthotics and purses) from Marsha and Brian Riggs for several years. They truly desire to make your purchase work for you. From running shoes, to daily wear, boots and dressy shoes I have found selections which make my feet and knees feel good! After two knee replacements I know it matters!!! I tend to stop by often, to check shoes ready for clearance to new selections. They are knowledgable about styles, colors and will work with you. I couldn’t be more pleased!

You can get custom orthotics at many places, but I would highly recommend this store. The owners are good people who care and honor their word. Although their orthotics didn’t do the trick for me, their customer service is above & beyond — and they gave me a great price.

I guess I’m just used to going to places like DSW. The people there are friendly enough, but they really don’t have much knowledge. I left Foot Solutions not only a new pair of shoes (and another pair on order) but with a reminder of what a shoe store should be. These people don’t just have knowledge of the shoes but knowledge of feet as well. I spent almost an hour with them — them asking me questions, me asking them questions. I feel comfortable that I bought a pair of shoes that not only look good but also will help with the reason I went to this store in the first place — to help ease my foot pain. I have plantar fasciitis and they clearly have an understanding of what it is and how to help. I try to shop local but never really thought about it when buying shoes. I’m a convert now. Thanks Marsha (& the rest of the staff!).

Finally there is a solution for baby boomers and other seniors who have foot issues and/​or orthotics but are still looking for attractive footwear and knowledgeable sales people. I stopped in there today and was impressed by the saleswoman’s knowledge and while the pricing of the shoes are more expensive than I am used too, they are obviously made well and the pricing is comparable to Zappo’s or anywhere else carrying these specialty shoe brands. You get what you pay for.
