Do not put your information in the Free Quote section! After doing this I received over 7 calls in under and hour and a half from Front Point, while I was at work. I definitely will be going with another company because this just came off as desperate and inconsiderate of my time, plus a little stalkerish. Maybe they should back off a little.

I am writing this review a little early and will update it when I pick who I am going to use for my home security monitoring. I have been very impressed with Front Point’s prompt response. I sent an email late last night and got a call first thing this morning from Julia. She was very professional, asked me a lot of questions about what I was looking for in a security system and educated me on several things I was not aware of. Julia went over everything with me, generated a quote for me to look over though the weekend and I am confident to say that I will receive a follow up call from her on Monday. They have some great technology that keeps you and your home safe in any situation.

In a nutshell, so to speak: –Value and Quality –Customizable, with remote service –Excellent customer service –Professional and prompt –Easy to install, and moves with you, if you get wireless service Front Point has been awesome! I have been a customer for 5 years so far, and I definitely will stay a happy customer. I originally picked them because I needed a company who was affordable and still provided 100% wireless monitoring. Many companies charge a small fortune for the equipment and monitoring of wireless service, but they had the best price and state-of-the-art equipment. Customer service has been fast and flawless. We have luckily not had a break-in, but the alarm has gone off several times, some by weather or family members while we were away, and they reported immediately, and let us decide the course of action. They would even hold while we verified with family members or neighbors before automatically deploying the police. The police department now can charge you fees for false alarms, so that has been a great feature. They have been very prompt when we had a battery start to die, and they will go over the steps of servicing and testing your equipment over the phone, step-by-step, with patience, not attitude. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been very happy with Front Point Security all around. The customer service department is excellent. We have had good experiences in signing up for the alarm system, as well as following up with our system. It is nice to have email alerts as to the usage, especially when my spouse uses it. They also followed through immediately when our alarm system was triggered, and sent the police. I was out of town, and when I called to find out what to do, they told me exactly what happened when, and gave me the number to call for a police report. The system is easy to use and install, and the remote access and online access is very helpful. We highly recommend this alarm system company. Their monthly fee is very reasonable also.

I did a significant amount of research prior to purchasing my FrontPoint security system. I absolutely love the fact that every single miniscule event related to this system is logged on my portal. For example, I have assigned a special pass code to my housekeeper that is specific to her use. When she comes to clean my home, every time she opens and closes a door, disarms/arms the system, or moves past a motion detector gets captured as a line item event when I login to my alarm portal online. If I have a friend watching my dog for the week, I can assign them their own code and know exactly when they come and go with this real-time information. I sleep extremely well at night knowing that when I am on the road traveling for work, my family is safe. The truly wireless features of this system go way beyond what competitors were able to offer. If I open a door and forget to disarm the system, that event is logged within 1 or 2 seconds. Then, I can cancel the alarm by quickly entering my code. Again, this is logged. This feature is known as «smash and grab» technology. One thing that crooks will do is smash an alarm system the second they enter, hoping to cancel the transmission before it ever goes to the monitoring center. Since a signal is sent to FrontPoint immediately, the system is ‘listening’ for a cancel code to be entered. If no cancel code within a few seconds, the monitoring company sends the police. You will not find this in any competing system(trust me… I looked)! The interactive features, real-time monitoring online, ability to arm/disarm from anywhere in the world, and unlimited user codes makes me happy to pay my monthly fees. My family sleeps well at night, and I feel good knowing that if I hit one of the panic buttons, help will be here irregardless of whether or not the power is out(battery back up is part of the package) or if a burglar decided to cut my phone line.
