After a long day of work, there are just some days when you want to wander around games and shop around/spend a good amount of $ on random games. :P It also helps that Sbux is next to this GameStop. #awesome I’ve probably come here a billions times. My bf loves this place too so we tend to look here since this shopping center has lots of shops around/if I get bored I can go somewhere else for an hour or so. Each time I’ve come in(and I mean each time) — I’ve received excellent customer service. Like… whoever hires people here take their customer service quality very seriously. I’ve had bubbly, personable, and super duper nice people greet me and help me if I need anything. Parking is great too. You can also eat at La Parilla/Extreme Teriyaki if you’re hungry afterwards. Ladies — there is also a Massage Envy if you’re wanting to spend that hour getting a massage. There’s also a Nail shop(I forget it’s name) right across GameStop too.

I called in for help with how to fix my son’s Wii U controller and Thad answered the phone at store #3771. He sounds like a straight up automatic commercial recorded voice phone operator from a highly paid voice over company. But he’s just a guy who works at Gamestop. .but mad dope voice. He should totally do Game Stop commercials and voice overs for real. Anyway other than that he gave great service and although he was unable to help me fix my son’s Wii U issue he gave me the number to the people who could. I bought my son’s Wii U from this store and every time I come in there it’s always a great experience so why not brag about it. I recommend this store, they treat ALL people the same and are always willing to help. Keep it up Game Stop Howell Mill Rd store 3771.

Like other GameStops I’ve visited, this store has a good selection of video games and accessories. You can save money buying pre-owned instead of new, and they sell some used games for older systems that can be difficult to find. If you still buy game manuals, they have those too. For me, the advantage to buying in-store vs online is the friendly staff who promptly answer all my questions, plus the instant gratification of leaving with a game in-hand. Staff here is really so helpful, and they put a smile on my special-needs brother’s face – patiently answering his repetitive questions, even giving him free promotional posters. Also, I’ve never had to wait for service.

I’m a big fan of my neighborhood GameStop for a couple reasons: 1. No kids. 2. Great customer service. OK, I *have* seen kids at this GameStop, but not nearly as many as any other GameStop. Ever. This is good because I’m not surrounded by several screaming munchkins who are running around and putting their sticky little paws on everything, including those already nasty, greasy demo unit game controllers. These days, I order most of my video games and accessories online because Amazon and other web sites provide the best deals. However, I am a game collector too, so GameStop can sometimes come in handy when I am looking for hard-to-find items. Examples include Silent Hill: Homecoming and a PS2 Slim. I love the Silent Hill series, but didn’t get around to purchasing Homecoming until it was out of print(granted, it did not have a long run). It was hard to find a brand new copy of Homecoming without having to pay a premium for it(eBay). This GameStop had a used copy, which was in like-new condition. Score! Also, I bought this store’s last PS2 Slim. The PS2 was already obsolete at the time I bought the Slim version and its MSRP was just under $ 100. New and sealed, it was a good deal for a collector. I’ve always found the staff here helpful and friendly. Howell Mill GameStop is located at Howell Mill and I-75 in the same shopping center as Office Depot.
