If you don’t want to get in shape… don’t call Glenn. He knows his stuff. With Glen I’ve gotten into the best shape of my my life. My favorite thing about him is he ignores your «I can’ts» and pushes you far past what you though was possible!

I have been training with Glenn since I moved to Midtown and he is beyond awesome. I would only train with someone with specific education credentials and certifications and someone who pushes me to the limit. Work is so crazy and tiring I need someone to keep me motivated and push me beyond what i would do on my own. His rates are very reasonable, he is very flexible with times, he will ensure you meet your goals, and he cares a lot about each and every one of his clients.
