I almost regretted moving to Roswell, because I knew I would never again find such amazing childcare so affordably. Genesis was my son’s first daycare, where he started at 11mos, and continued until we moved when he was 20mos old. Many of the teachers are international and/​or bilingual, and they bring that multilingual and multicultural perspective to their teaching. The staff to child ratios are excellent, the food made me jealous of my toddler, and I couldn’t find a single flaw in their teaching, play, or discipline policies.

So far it has gone really well. This is my sons first daycare experience. It is Vegan, and no my family isn’t vegan. I just felt really relaxed with the facility and that he was safe. I really think Miss Addy and all the staff are very sweet.
The outdoor play spots look nice. I want to play out there for a few minutes sometimes when I pick him up.

My son has been going to this school for almost a year now. He started in the 2 year old class and is now in the 3 year old class. This school is wonderful. The children are taught, not babysat. It is structured, clean and who can beat the catered in vegan menu from Soul Vegetarian! My son is 3.5 and he can count to 20 solo, up to 100 with help, knows his letters by sight and sound and is very close to reading. He can also write most letters. I read to him at home, but i can’t take credit for most of this. It’s his school. Thank you Genesis for giving us a real pre-​K option in SW Atlanta!

My wife and I looked around at a few daycares in SW Atlanta before choosing Genesis. Once we toured the facility and heard a little about the schedule from the director, we signed our 7-​month old right up.
The infant room is well-​run with attentive and caring teachers. Now our son is in the 1-​year-​old/​walkers room and it’s hard to get him to leave sometimes!
A big plus for our family is that all the food at Genesis is vegan, delivered daily from Soul Vegetarian in the West End on RDA. Another plus is the lack of televisions in every room. The focus is on socialization and learning. Our son loves the place and so do we!
