I have ben a member of this credit union for many years and I have done pretty much all of my banking here. That includes financing cars and mortgages, and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts and equity lines. But recently, they have really got bad. The customer service has become non existent. It make take them days to return a phone call or email, it seems to me like they are only working part time, because they are out of the office so much. Incompetence is obvious. I am looking for a better credit union and I would recommend that anyone not use these people.

I am very disappointed in this credit union. I have been trying to get a mortgage refinancing and have not succeeded after two months. From what I can tell, these people either don’t care where they are incompetent.

Decent rates for car loans and savings accounts. However; this ‘mom and pop’ bank doesn’t quite cut it for those of us with 21st century needs. It’s not open past 4 pm in some locations and not open on Saturday. It’s impossible to get a human being on the call, but once you do they are pleasant and helpful. If you want a basic savings account and don’t mind having a mediocre website and business hours that suite a housewife; then this is your bank.
