Great for a food court lunch. I had the sampler platter with falafel, hummus, and baba ganoush. Huge portions, decent flavor. The pita bread was tough and greasy, though.

Great food, good service and a reasonable price. The Shawarma is really good and the salad bar is just awesome. Try the sesame dressing… Delicious

All you have to know is $ 7 fill-to-the-brim grilled chicken salad. Done. Okay really. GLC Café is located inside the Peachtee Center shopping center 2 shops down from the Subway and Moe’s. They have 3 lines — wraps/sandwiches, salads, and their hot bar items. They’re kind of your one stop shop for everything — Mediterranean(falafel, schwarma), Asian(stir fry), and Southern(fried chicken). I’ve heard good things about the wraps but haven’t had a chance to try it. The hot bar items look average. Really, I come for the salad. First you choose your greens base(romaine, spinach, spring mix). Their salad prices range from $ 6.50 — $ 9.00 depending on the meat you choose. They have grilled chicken, steak, turkey, grilled salmon, etc. Finally, you choose from about 20 toppings + 5 salad dressings. Unlike most salad bars that charge by weight, this is flat pricing for as many ingredients as you want. WIN. The vegetables are generally very fresh. Out of the numerous times I’ve been, I’ve only had one run in with off tasting ingredients(tofu and cucumber). They will for sure be sourcing the rest of my salad needs for bikini season!

Awesome! The best sandwich/wrap I have had in a long time and different. Wow! was this good. I am giving this place 5 stars for what it is, a food court restaurant. Everything is super fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to go back. This place should be franchised into every food court in America. It is that good!

The management recently changed and they have gone downhill quickly. I work in the buildings next door and come here for lunch about 3x a week for their fresh and delicious salads. Today, I went to get a salad and was charged an extra dollar because they added Cajun spices to my tofu. I have NEVER paid anything extra for that before. When I asked about the charge, the new owners were incredibly rude! I will likely need to find a new«go-to» lunch spot

Fresh food made daily. Menu is super extensive between wraps, shwarmas, made to order salads, and a variety of hot food(my favorite being their chicken teriyaki). I absolutely hate being that girl who eats salads but they are super yummy there. Not to mention the employees say good morning to me every single day when I come to work and remember me when I come down for lunch. Customer service is great in addition to their fabulous food and very reasonable pricing.

Nestled in the food court at the Peachtree Center among your typical fast food vendors, it was a nice spot to grab a healthy and satisfying lunch during my visit to Atlanta! A chicken salad sandwich and a huge Greek salad were exactly what we needed to re-fuel our energy for a day of site-seeing. Other than the healthy menu choices GLC Café offers, the main reason why I would return here is because the employees are INCREDIBLY nice! So friendly, helpful, jolly, and they make you feel right at home. It’s customer service at its finest! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for good noms in downtown Atlanta.

Working nearby means Peachtree Center is a regular stop. Between work and Dragon*Con, I’ve eaten at most places in this food court. GLC is probably the best place to eat here. The wraps are good, and certainly the other reviews about them are on point. Personally, I prefer my pan seared chicken in platter form, served with rice, bread, and 2 sides. My go to sides are sweet potato and creamed corn, although I occasionally get the creamed spinach instead. Their creamed veggies are definitely where it’s at. They are a chain, in case you were living in a hole and haven’t been to a mail in the past decade or so, but this chain beats out the rest of the options in Peachtree Center.

My friends and I come to Atlanta every year for Dragon*Con, and the very first thing we do – sometimes even before dropping our luggage off at the hotel – is come here for the pan-seared chicken wraps. Seriously, we spend all year looking forward to these wraps. We even dream about them. They are THAT good. The ingredients taste fresh, the sauce is amazing, you get plenty of veggies in there so you can feel like you’re eating healthier than the usual food-court fare, and you can’t beat the price. And even when the line’s really long because it’s the convention dinnertime rush, the staff is friendly and keeps the line moving surprisingly quickly. So good.

Great service, great food, great prices. My go to place for a good, fast lunch when in downtown Atlanta.(Try the Veggie Yummy Yummy — fresh veg cooked on order and the bread is phenomenal!).

Not a local, so my rating is for a first timer. $ 6 for a giant, almost silly, pita wrap with chicken. But for the food alone, I can’t dish out 5 stars for a great price and a lot of food. I rate on food. Chicken, dry. Pita, gummy. Hummus, flavlorless. Spicy sauce, sweet. After a few bites, I abandonded the pita and ate the filling. Great service, great bargain for sure… but this is less about quality and more about quantity.

Great chicken wrap, served with a smile. Place was already jumping at 11:30 but I was served quickly. The wrap plus a side for $ 6 is a ridiculous amount of food and an amazing deal. I think two people could share it. Tasted so good, though, I finished mine solo!

I truly don’t know the name of this place… it’s listed as Kameel’s on Unilocal… and that’s the owners name… so I’ll go with it. ;) What I *do* know is that every single person I bring to this place, they fall in love. With the amazing food, the amazing owners, the great positive vibe, the 100/A on their food inspection :)…everything. And better than the food(well, almost better), the love… you won’t need a therapist if you eat here more than 2 times a week… that’s how good the place makes you feel.

GLC! I actually didn’t realize the name got changed again until I read the reviews. I’m at Peachtree Center for work three times a week and after about a month, the options get really old. This week I discovered GLC/Kameel’s Café and now I’ve found my go-to lunch option. Like everyone else said, the pan-seared chicken wrap is amazing! For $ 4.99, you get a Moe’s-sized wrap, but 10x better. The chicken is delicious, tender, not dry, and perfectly seasoned. I got everything in my wrap, including both the sauces. Literally the best meal I’ve had at this food court – yes, even with Chick-Fil-A there – and I could barely finish half of it. I’m always greeted with a smile, and there’s always a line but it moves quickly. I will definitely be back!

If you have to eat in the Peachtree Center food court, eat here. The people working the counter are friendly, which alone is a separator in the food court there — most places seem to completely take your business for granted and don’t care if you feel welcome. The service is quick. Even though they draw lines, you move through them quickly. Most importantly, the food is great. You will not find a better lunch than their chicken wraps. Their other options all look good and fresh too. Compared to the other vendors in Peachtree Center, it feels like you’re actually eating real food at GLC. Their prices are also at least as good if not better than the other vendors in the food court. A chicken wrap(which is plenty for one person — possibly two meals) is only $ 5.

Also known as GLC Café in the food court of Peachtree Center Mall. Offers a selection of sandwiches, wraps, and salads for lunch, along with fountain drinks, bottled drinks, or tea. Whatever you order, they have a variety of toppings available to customize it. For example, I recently had a grilled chicken mixed green salad for $ 5.99, and had them add onions, red bell peppers, cucumbers, chopped celery, with balsamic dressing. The end result was huge, the chicken was moist and tender, and the dressing had great flavor with the right amount of tang to it. The staff is always hustling, customers get what they want and checked out quickly with minimal wait. A great lunch at a great bargain, and Ideal for the office crowd needing to eat a quick lunch.

This place goes by many names for some reason: a year ago it was Café du Jour, now it’s GLC Café and apparently has also been known as Kameel’s Café. Regardless, it still has the most amazing $ 5 chicken wraps. This place definitely has my vote for the best offering in the food court.

Good tahini sauce covers a multitude of sins. It also covers falafel, chicken shawarma, and currently, my desk. A note on my food court rating system: Kameel’s/ GLC is confusing to review because it’s almost good enough to be compared to a regular restaurant, but is in fact a food court stop. To be clear, I’m never coming to Peachtree Center to go to GLC. Not 4 stars in that respect. But if you eat at Chik-fi-la across the walk, you’re an embarrassment. Pita: massive pillowy chewy disks of awesome. So big, clearly handmade and clearly fresh. Hummus: decent, nice bitterness of tahini, but the chickpea flavor is a little too sweet. Weird. Falafel: unclear what’s going on here. They seem to be caked in raw garlic and then fried. My mom would love them, but she has like 3 taste buds left. Chicken Shawarma: not much flavor and a bit dried out. But made of actual chicken breast, not miscellaneous chicken-related meat product. That’s a food court win in disguise. Cover everything in that flipping delish tahini sauce and you’re golden. I walked out for about $ 10, but that’s because I got a little carried away and accidentally ordered food for 3 meals. They also give you a hunk o’ bread with your salad, which is also crazy fresh, a bit buttery, and super nommable.

Not the same Kameel’s that used to be in Colony Square, but it is damned close. They appear to have kept the name, even if the original Kameel is no longer the owner. But don’t let that stop you from going. Because man, the food is good! I had a pan-seared chicken wrap, made with a honey vinaigrette. The naan-like wrap was absolutely delicious. The fact that it was around some deliciously made chicken and other toppings is like finding a bonus within your bonus. And they even made it spicy for me. Delicious. And cheap. Just go. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place to grab lunch during the work week. Their shawarma’s have become legendary in our office. Just make sure to allocate time to napping under your desk after eating one. For around $ 6, you get a giant shawarma and one side. I almost always have to take half of the shawarma home because it is so much food. Bonus meal! The sides are pretty good as well. I am a huge fan of their stewed lentils. Simple in concept, but something about them makes them irresistibly delicous. They also have hummus and baba ganoush as well, which are amazing but, as premium sides, cost $ 1 extra. Although my first time here they gave it to me with no extra charge when they saw my sad expression upon hearing this. They also have a salad bar where they will create a salad for you. Loads of sides to choose from, all delicious. Get the seared chicken from the shwarma side on top. So good. All for $ 6.99($ 5.99 for you veggies) no matter what the weight. Also includes a complimentary roll! They really value return customers and we always warmly welcome you back even if it is just your second time returning. Great customer service model.
