I printed a coupon for an oil change at Goodyear that this location did honor. I also needed wiper blades. They had 2 different kinds, and I ended up going with the more expensive ones just as a precaution. They also recommended changing my air filters. They showed them to me and they did in deed need changing. They couldn’t find the filter for my car, so they ordered it online and said they’d call me when it came in. So they went ahead and charged me for everything that day. I picked up my car the next morning and everything seemed fine. Two days later, I still hadn’t received a call to come in to get my filters installed, so I called them. They said they actually found the filters the next morning and had already installed them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went on with my life. The next time it rained, about 2 weeks later, the new wiper blades that were installed were doing the exact same thing the old ones did, were scrubbing against the glass, and I had problems seeing while I was driving. At that point, I felt I needed to go back to the location and tell them about the wiper blades and I wanted to see the filter that was installed. I went back and told them about the issue I was having with the wiper blades and the guy told me that I just needed to clean my windshield with Windex bc my window was just dirty. That made no sense to me. The guy could tell I wasn’t buying it, so he offered to replace them. I also asked him to show me the filter that was replaced and it was white and clean, so I was ok with that. He told me I’d have the same problem with the new wipers because my windshield just needed cleaning, but when I tested the new wipers, they worked perfectly, so I’m assuming they put used wipers on my car when I was charged for new, more expensive wipers. Not only that, but they replaced the blades with the cheaper ones instead of the expensive ones that I originally paid for. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there and never give them my business again. I figure if I had such an issue with something as simple as wiper blades, I couldn’t imagine getting some real work done at this location. Something as simple as taking advantage of a customer with wiper blades has destroyed their reputation with me and anyone else reading reviews from this business. That’s just stupid on their part.

I used to get good service here. This last time, they left all of the clips off of my splash pan, the washer fluid was left empty, and two of my hubcaps weren’t re-​attached properly. They fell off in traffic. If they would stop trying to upsell and concentrate on service, it would be better

Calling all women, don’t ever go to this location! I got an oil change, wheel balance, and supposedly cabin air filter change in October 2014. I checked my cabin air filters a few days later, and they were completely filthy and I vowed to not go back to this location but then winter arrived and I need my battery replaced. They did that in jan 2015. Between those two services, this location broke my oil dipstick tube (confirmed by another Goodyear location) and tried to lie to me saying that it was natural wear/​tear and rust.
They actually tried to charge me for their fraud.
Oh yea, and they tried to pull one over on me in October 2014 by stating that I needed to get my breaks done and that I should return in January 2015. They quoted me $ 160 and another Goodyear location confirmed that my breaks are in fine condition.
Ladies…dont go to this fradulent place… They can’t be trusted!
They think because most women know little about car maintenance that they could pull one over on me but they messed with the wrong customer!

Great place for basic car maintenance. The price quoted and the time to perform the service was exactly as promised. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.
Will definitely be a return customer (although I hope not too often…).

This location price-​matched a deal I found online. They did an excellent job sticking to the original quote and just barely took longer than expected to complete the installation. Joe was helpful, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.
