THIS COMPANY STANDS OUT beyond the rest when it comes to prompt and professional services. I call them at the last minute for a next day appointment. I was given a 2-​hour window, and the technician not only called to advised that he would arrive early, but he was EXTREMELY professional and courteous. You will LOVE doing business with this company. I haven’t used their carpet cleaning services, but I am definitely impressed with their business ethics.
I called Grand Clean just yesterday for a next day appointment, at my tenant’s request. When the technician arrived, they refused him to do the job, because they had unpacked boxes all over the place. I expected the guy to blow his top, and rightfully so, for his wasted time. But he amazingly remained cool, calm and collected! That attitude goes straight to the top!
This company makes a promise and KEEPS IT. A RARE FIND in today’s business world. Call them before you call anyone else if you want your sanity. To make a good thing better, THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES and truck-​mounted units.
