I found this through Unilocal’s reviews, and was a fan. It is directly across from Atlanta Medical Center in a small white building… with no sign! You need to know that, because otherwise it is so easy to miss. Small place, but good quality pieces to choose from. I found a French country mirror(large and heavy) for 35 bucks! Other reviewers apparently got to go into a back«project» room but that was closed off when I was there, though i could see there was furniture back there. Worth a look if you are in the area!

This place is very odd. As soon as I walked up and employee escorted me immediately to a back room which is filled with project furniture– some of that stuff really needs some work, but the prices reflect it– $ 5 seemed the norm back there. I then was allowed to escort myself into the front of the building. Like Alexa had mentioned lots of real wood furniture at fairly reasonable prices. I wasn’t much of a fan of the furniture since most had been repainted and didn’t look aged. I love old stuff and I want it to look as old as it is. not repainted in a soothing color. There was one corner of the store, and I am hesitant to mention it, that carried lots of really funny and interesting antiques. Apothecary jars, old school bins, 1800’s crates, funky signs… this corner carried a bunch of unique and funky odds and ends that would set you apart from the Pottery Barn set. Actually most of the things in this corner were used as models for most of Pottery Barn’s accessories. The prices for some of these things are high in terms of what they are(i.e. a bottle for $ 45 only I have seen the same thing for $ 60 at other places) but are reasonable when comparing them to other antique stores. The dealer for this area makes trips up north just to find unique things to keep this corner bumping. Like I said I am hesitant to mention such a great find but don’t want this randomly placed business leaving any time soon. I want to see what other treasures they have to offer. 3 stars are for the business as a whole; that corner alone would get a 5 but I have to take the whole place in to account

Some weeks are better than others at Greenhouse. They have a wide range of used treasures ranging from couches to frames. Most things need a little touch-up. I was very happy to find a wooden ottoman for $ 20 that I repainted. It has a removable cushion top so triples as storage and seating!

Very cool place if you are looking into doing some redecorating. Or if you are into refinishing furniture etc… They had allot of very cool modern looking pieces from headboards, dressers, and coffee and end tables… etc The best part of all was the prices on some of these $ 45 for a dresser… made of real wood(not that crappy particle board Ikea ‘ish) It’s a fairly small store, and it’s easy to miss if you are driving by, there are really no visible signs. But just look for the little white building in a random parking lot. Now If only I had a nice truck or SVU… boy I’d be stocking up on some furniture!

It’s like a thrift store, for furniture! If you are good with refinishing, painting or possibly reupholstering, this place is a fun source for you. The hours are tough, which means if you go on a weekend, go early. Some things are overpriced but most things are pretty reasonable, but don’t expect to haggle. Prices are pretty firm. The staff is also very friendly and helpful!
