Cons: Deceiving management.
I’m writing this review several (many) years after the fact. Filling out rental applications reminded me of my short tenure at Harmony — Peachtree Hills. I lived in Harmony for nearly 6 months after signing a year lease. I vacated my former apartments (Habersham Properties, another dump) after maintenance ran exposed plumbing in my bedroom and the pipes bursted! After explaining my grief with Erica (the manager at the time), she ensured me that maintenance would never come into a unit without notice unless there is an emergency. Flash-​forward four months, I walk into my apartment after work and notice that the COAX CABLE wire has been cut and a splitter was removed (stolen) by the Comcast contractor. After speaking with Erica, she informed me that they let the contractor in my unit so they could run cable to the upstairs unit (no notice was given to me). The Comcast contractor did not realize that I was an Internet subscriber and accused me of stealing cable, therefore justifying the theft of my splitter. It’s a $ 2 part but it’s the principle of the matter. Tons of companies dropped the ball which is the reason why I broke my lease and forfeited my deposit.
