Unilocal history made for me today.
This is my first review written while I’m still at the reviewed location.
It’s now 11:20.
I showed up at 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment… and I’m still waiting.
There were already three patients ahead of me when I got here and was informed that the doc was running late with no ETA on his arrival. Strike one.
The staff is unprofessional and seems comfortable discussing patients’ business out in the open waiting room and loudly (very loudly) on the phone. Strike two.
I know this office’s clientele is made up mostly of people receiving government assistance for healthcare, but that’s no reason to not give them good customer service.
My wife is a disabled veteran, and we just found out that I can therefore receive free health insurance through her. We thought we’d try it out.
I would rather pay Humana or Kaiser $ 300 per month than deal with this. First and last visit.

I’m still waiting.
Strike three.
Update:
Doctor finally showed up after 12:15. I left.
