Stopped by two Saturday’s ago. Server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Food arrived fresh, quick and DELICIOUS! Cheesecake pancakes and turkey sausage are always my «go to». Price was right. And the holiday decorations were a nice touch. Thanks IHOP!

Pretty decent for an IHOP! Its newer & feels clean which is not always the case with these types of restaurants. Food was fresh & well done, and service was friendly. It was a little slow even though it wasn’t packed but it was friendly & courteous. We definitely recommend Brittany the waitress also, tried her based on another review & she did not disappoint! Sweet & attentive.

I have a slight problem with this IHOP. When I order NY Cheescake pancakes, its suppose to have chunks of cheesecake in the pancakes. Serving me pancakes with just strawberry topping and whip cream DOES NOT pass for NY cheesecake. Another important thing, just because I’m Black and this is in a Black neighborhood, do not assume I want bootleg videos/​cds. Can you believe the WORKERS here (including my waitress) were asking me did I want to by some? Ghetto… that turned me off.
