Don’t be fooled. The address is 1375 Northside Dr NW.
This place is horrible. My stove and toilet are broken, front desk has been promising to repair since i checked in. It’s now 9:30pm Saturday and the office is closed until Monday.
There’s no night manager so i called the courtesy desk, he said «Sorry they’ll be back Monday» and hung up in my face.
This place is disgusting, horribly managed and a total waist of time and money.
Stay anywhere but here

I was treated like I was checking into a 4 star, so for the property type, I am well impressed. The GM John and this entire staff from front desk to housekeeping exudes nice customer service, especially in the accommodation of my Q&A’s. The suites are well staged and cleaned… it truly makes a temporary stay financially conducive and enjoyable. In this day of age/economy, customer service is priceless, so kudos to John and is awesome staff.
