Seriously a fantastic customer service experience. Jamie spent so much time helping me shop and is so knowledgeable but translates well to a less-​familiar jewelry shopper. The engagement ring selection is spot on. They have so many samples and don’t make you feel uncomfortable about trying on. I will be a repeat customer.

I’ll let AT come in with his own review, but holy crap, this place is AMAZING! AT and I worked with them as he worked at figuring out what ring he would propose with (:D :D :D). I can be picky and I could not find anything that was exactly what I envisioned my dream ring would be so after looking at a gazillion photos on Instagram and Pinterest with AT, I found bits and pieces of tons of rings that I liked, but nothing was perfect. We sent over some photos to Brittany, Jewelry Artisans in-​house jewelry designer, and she was patient over a period of a month (or maybe even a bit more) as she tried to come up with something for us.
She sized me and once we finally decided on a platinum ring that we both loved, AT worked out the rest. Brittany and the JA team were immensely accommodating and kind during this whole process, because he ended up getting the ring earlier than the delivery date she promised after making a special request. He had a plan that I was entirely unaware of and had her help in making it happen. He proposed during our cabin trip with close friends as we went on a short hike during a cold afternoon. I was so surprised that I just looked at him and said, «What?!» It took a few moments for it to sink it but then I responded. Without turning this review into a mushy love story, you must have deduced what I said because today I am wearing the ring.
I had to come back a few times, to talk to Brittany about the fit. She told me that if it were her, she would probably size it down another quarter size but I was so worried about having finger muffin top and I churned the idea over and over mentally for a week or two then I finally took the plunge. The ring fits absolutely perfectly now. The work was done within 2 hours. The service is great and we can get the ring cleaned whenever we want.
If you are looking for a place to get jewelry, come to Jewelry Artisans. They have pieces already in the store that you can purchase, can order directly from jewelry manufacturers (that doesn’t sound very romantic, huh? who cares), and make custom pieces for you. I don’t want to overwhelm Brittany, as her schedule seems pretty full as it is now, but she is absolutely amazing. Responsive and caring, you couldn’t have someone better to help through the journey of getting something as meaningful and sentimental as an engagement ring. I am so happy with her help and the ring that we ended up with incorporates so perfectly what I wanted, as well as what AT wanted.

I absolutely love Jewelry Artisans. I was referred to them by a friend and my first purchase was an engagement ring. Since then, we’ve purchase her wedding bands (2 rings stacking to go with her engagement ring), and I also purchased my band from them as well. All of my rings have been custom designed and custom made by JA. We love them! Great people. Great service. We are big fans!

I have a love-​hate relationship with JA. I love their custom styles, their overall work and their staff.
Perhaps it’s been a bad string of luck for me. I used them to fix a diamond that fell out of my setting, they replaced and refinished the set. A week later, another diamond fell out after they said they tightened everything up (did not charge me for the second repair). Next, I had them resize my husband’s ring, notified it was ready and got home and then realized they did not even resize the ring. Took the ring back and they confirmed the job was never done. Of course they were embarrassed, but it’s shocking to see the lack of double checking. Fixed it in 20 minutes. Frustrating to go out with every day jewelry pieces for several weeks because it was not fixed correctly the first time. Once pieces are actually fixed correctly, it does look greats They do beautiful work.

First off, wow! One of the biggest, and daunting decisions a man can make is finding the perfect engagement ring to ask his best friend to marry him. I have to say, I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Jewelry Artisans!
Although I live in Cincinnati, OH from Day 1 Brittany made the entire process from creation, design, to finding the perfect stone so seamless and simple as can be and bent over backwards to make the experience wonderful! I could have easily found a local jeweler to have gone to up here but the time, attention, quality and price that Brittany and her team provided is quite literally 2^nd to none! She was upfront, honest, and very helpful with everything.
One thing people are afraid of (as was I when first looking around) is a diamond jeweler taking you on a run for your money because they can, but Brittany actually made sure to get the best of the best within my budget and steer me away from decisions that she wouldn’t make herself. She was never hesitant to suggest a no on something if she didn’t think it would be the best decision but could find a better option. I shopped around and did my homework to compare but Brittany did not give up on finding us the perfect center stone to sit with the beautiful band she had for us. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring and I could not be more satisfied!
So a HUGE thanks to Brittany, Jewelry Artisans and the entire team for making everything stress free and perfect. We are definitely coming back!

This jewelry store has really unique jewelry– especially very different engagement ring settings. If you don’t want a ring that looks like everyone else’s, I suggest that you go here.
I did not get my engagement ring here (we almost did), but my fiancé did get me a necklace from here that is beautiful.
The only reason my fiancé ended up buying my engagement ring elsewhere, is because we had to shop for a center-​stone at another store. We had to shop for a center-​stone at another store, because the center stones that we were shown at Jewelry Artisans were terrible. We never gave a budget, but for some reason we were shown low color, heavily-​occluded diamonds. We asked to see an oval diamond, but were told they did not have any there. And, the saleswoman did not offer to get one in for us to look at.
So, while we thought we would get our setting from Jewelry Artisans, we ended up shopping for a center-​stone at another store and that store sold us on getting a ring custom made.

I live in central Florida with a sister that lives in Ga — As soon as we went in this store I knew I was home! The store is beautiful, the people are friendly and helpful. I take my ring and necklace back every year at Christmas to make sure the prongs are still strong and all is in good shape. They remember me (or at least my jewelry) each year and fix anything that needs attention. I have pieces that I need appraised but will be waiting to take it up to them — they are 100% trustworthy and I feel comfortable leaving my irreplaceable jewelry in their hands.

My wife is not a big jewelry person, and while I am well educated and know jewelry I do not wear a lot myself. However when you buy jewelry you want to make sure you get what you pay for, and here is a place where you get your money’s worth.
First let me say that I am plainly average looking, I dress in denim and t-​shirt pretty exclusively, this can give some vendors a false impression and has gotten me a cold response on inquiries in a few establishments. So when I say that walking into this store I felt like I was not only welcomed but appreciated, let me say I was more than shocked I was humbled.
The employees of Jewelry Artisans not only go the distance to make sure you are helped properly they do so with grace and measure as to make you feel like you are shopping with a friend and not a sales person. There is no pressure and they are just as happy to shoot the breeze (so long as it does not detain them from other customers) as sell you some unique local piece of fine jewelry.
Not only do you buy fine jewelry from this store you buy a working relationship with a jeweler you can trust. This is no fly by night or mall-​chain, this is a shining example of small honest business done right.

I have used this company several times for custom jewelry design work and I have never been disappointed. The prices are very reasonable and the work has been beautiful. I also have used them for watch repair and jewelry repair.

Each time I have done business with them, both at the old location on Roswell Road and the new location near Perimeter Mall, I have been thrilled with the results.
Jamie Kresl, the owner, does business «the old-​fashioned way» where his handshake is as good as his word. He takes personal interest in his customers, and goes above and beyond, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. For example, my husband and I asked Jamie to design and set my engagement ring with only 5 days notice. Not only were both of my rings ready on time, but Jamie also loaned my husband a ring to use until his arrived two days later.
Jamie has designed several pieces for me using loose stones I already had, and re-​strung a pearl bracelet I got as a gift elsewhere. He made a ring I designed from a paper-​clip and turned it into a 14 karat piece of art. When we couldn’t find anyone local to sell us the pins we needed to add links to a Rado watch, Jamie gave us a pice of copper, free of charge, which worked beautifully.
In short, Jamie listens to what his customers want and uses his design expertise to ensure the final result is exactly what you want.
