If anyone purchased anything from the Broad Street Jimmy John’s in-store or online system please, please check your account. I purchased food items to be delivered 05/04/2016 at 1:25p that totaled $ 11.75. I received a call from my bank around 7pm stating that my check card information had been duplicated from the Jimmy John’s Broad street location and was used to purchase(5) $ 50 Walmart gift cards, a $ 5 item and the person(s) tried to reserve a hotel and purchase gas. Luckily for me, I rarely use this specific bankcard, so the bank fraud detection system recognized the unusual activity and shut the card down once the 3rd gift card transaction was approved totaling $ 150. So a $ 11.75 chip and sandwich order actually cost me $ 161.75 and the opportunity to close my current account that I have had for over 10 years. BUYERBEWARE of the downtown Atlanta Broad Street Jimmy John online ordering system.

Your generic Jimmy John’s. They also do takeout/delivery via bike.

Quick service, 30 seconds to make a sandwich, delicious subs. Limited seating. No hot subs, don’t bother asking.

Jimmy John’s, I have one question: How is it possible to make a sandwich that tastes like the color beige? Nothing personal against this location or the service, I just don’t understand how you can make bread, cheese and meat taste so much like disappointment. I’ll occasionally go back to Jimmy John’s thinking it’ll be different, but no, it’s always bland, no matter what I order.

Great location and easy place to pick up a quick meal. Lately the megabus crowd seems to frequent it a lot. You can’t go wrong with a Vito and make it an «unwich» aka lettuce wrap. Stays open late so this is a great option for downtown residents.

Healthier fast food option and very cheap. Things i don’t like about the franchise in general: 1. Limited Sub variety — i.e. only 1 meat sub that does NOT have pork and only 1 seafood sub. 2. their online portal for ordering i a joke, designed by maybe an 8yr old… There is the option of saving your favorites, but it as soon as you log out, those favorites magically disappear, leaving you with just one of the 6 you spent time to put in. The location is convenient for me, and I have not had any issues with ordering so far, and certainly did not have to deal with the manager… Which is good because he/she sounds like a jerk from the other reviews.

I had a horrible experience at this Jimmy Johns specifically an interaction that involved the store’s manager. I went to the store for lunch on March 8th and ordered a Turkey Sandwich with all of the fixings. I got back to my office, took a bite and realized all i got was the fixings and the bun(NOTURKEY). I immediately returned to the store which is in walking distance and approached the young lady who handed me my sandwich. i informed her that there was no meat on the sandwich. Every worker in the store began to gather around as if it was a spectacle. A young man began making me another sandwich and when he finished, he just handed ti to me and began to turn back to work, no apology, no thank you, nothing other than a sandwich in my hand. I replied, «The least you can do is apologize». He turned halfway and said, ‘Yea, goodbye”. After my inconvenience of having to walk back to the store to get what i paid for initially, to rudely being brushed off, I was furious. I asked to speak to the manager. The 3 closest employees all pointed to the man who just handed me my sandwich. I expressed my concern with his lack of customer service and asked for the contact inforamtion for his manager or owner. He(with his back turned) said, «its on the menu». Which it is not. in order not to cause a scene, I chose to walk out and email Jimmy Johns corporate and place a call to thier customer service line. I left a message with the details of my visit with a rep and within 2 hours, someone calling themselves the owner of that store called me back. I think his name was Todd. He apologized for the managers actions and offered to buy me lunch when i returned. I refused saying that all i wanted was an apology and my $ 7.50 back. He stated he was more than glad to refund the charge for me. To this day, March 18th, 2013, the charge remains on my account. I have placed another call to customer service and have yet to receive a call back.

I order sandwiches from here all the time. CORRECTION: I used to order sandwiches from here all the time, until my husband and I both got food poisoning this past weekend, and we called to tell them about it, and the manager could NOT have cared less. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and so should you.

This is always a solid option for a sub when I don’t feel like cooking or going to Publix for a sub. Service is fast and ingredients fresh.

I found out today that they are not allowed to put the hot peppers on the side… only allowed to put them on the sandwich per«corporate»…how stupid is that? So, you cannot get your sandwich the way you want it. Shame on JJ’s.

I feel silly writing a review for this place because it’s like writing a review for McDonald’s, except Jimmy John’s is tastier and healthier than your typical fast food place. I ordered online for delivery for the first time ever since I was working at a client site and couldn’t leave. My food was ready and delivered in under 20 minutes. Unbelievably fast! Just like how their radio commercials say so! I ordered a veggie sandwich on wheat bread. Keep in mind, I’m not a vegetarian but it tasted great! No skimping on the avocado and they added the right amount of dijon mustard. Even on the online form, you could pick how much sauce or condiments you want on your sandwich. I’d pick Jimmy John’s over Subway or Blimpie any day. It’s not fancy like Panera or Atlanta Bread Company, but sometimes things are better when they’re simple. I do want to point out, from reading previous reviews written by Atlanta visitors, that this is a quick lunch kind of place. Don’t expect anything gourmet. I’d highly recommend that visitors go check out other establishments unless they just want simple food, but why would you do that when there’s so much good food out there?

I have never actually been inside of this Jimmy Johns, so my review is based solely on their sandwiches and delivery. We frequently order Jimmy Johns from work. It is convenient to not to have to leave the floor on a busy day(I work in a hospital) to go buy lunch on those days when I’m not satisfied with what I brought from home(canned tuna and beef jerky? I need to work on my lunch making skills). Our sandwiches always arrive quickly(I couldn’t tell you in minutes as I haven’t bothered to time them, but everyone has always been impressed with how quickly the sandwiches get there). I usually order the Vito(an Italian sandwich) and add hot peppers. I’m really picky about my sandwich meat and their meat always tastes great to me. Their homemade french bread is my favorite part, it’s delicious. I ordered the Turkey Tom yesterday to try something different and they forgot the sprouts, so that was a bummer. The sandwich was kind of bland, but based on the ingredients I should have gleaned as much before ordering it. The sprouts may have helped had they actually been on there. Definitely will continue to order Jimmy Johns from work and now that my husband has tried my leftovers, we’ll probably pick it up for a quick lunch every once in a while.

This is in the bottom of my hotel so I wandered over today for a gourmet sandwich. I had visions of focaccia, challah, artisanal meats and cheeses oh man this was gonna be a good sandwich. I walked into nothing more than a sandwich store. Which isn’t a bad thing just don’t oversell your sandwiches. I mean this place is pretty basic, white hoagie bread, ham, turkey, roast beef — nothing outstanding. I ordered the italian sub which for some odd reason comes with mayo, make sure to have them leave that off. It was ok but the second half was much better after it sat for awhile. Don’t bother with the cookies they were tasteless. This place would be fine for a workday lunch but there isn’t really a reason for me to return.

SOGOOD. That’s Jimmy John’s sandwiches in general, but this particular JJ’s gets props for super-prompt delivery, and excellent customer service. We were staying in a hotel downtown for the weekend and we ordered JJ’s for dinner both nights. The guy on the phone had the best customer service I have ever received from a delivery restaurant. They didn’t forget a single thing(previous orders from other Jimmy John’s have neglected to give me straws or cut my pickle as specified) either night, and of course their sandwiches are SOGOOD.

This place is alright. Nice subs for low prices. Super fast service for when you’re in a rush. And they deliver also which is great on a rainy day. Not much customer service though. They are more self service. You get your own chips, drinks, cookies, napkins and bags. Overall an okay lunch spot.

I feel a little funny reviewing Jimmy John’s… but as I’ve taken to having them deliver me a Beach Club(sans the cucumber) on a nearly weekly basis, I feel like I owe them 5 stars. Hands down the tastiest, freshest subs in Atlanta, and their delivery service is super speedy.

Went for the first time on Sunday June 12, Everything was fresh, good and and cheap! My husband was impressed that he got full off the 8″ sub(no choice for size). Noticed the delivery guy sprinting to make deliveries so I took the menu and ordered today at 4:28 pm. I was eating by 4:44. Hey I’m impressed… sandwiches delivered as ordered and both for $ 10.50…I’m a fan

Okay… so you’re a sandwich shop, right? The definition of a sandwich is one or more pieces of bread with one or more fillings. So, how is it that on a weekend day at 1:30 in the afternoon you are out of all bread that you carry? Really? How does this happen when the bread that you serve is made in house? Did you run out of dough? No… Are you too lazy or incompetant to make more bread? Yes… When we walked in there were 3 people sitting and eating sandwiches. We went up to the counter and told the cashier what we wanted. He said, we are out of the french bread(one of the reasons I GO to Jimmy Johns is for the french bread, yummm) «would you like to try the onion-something-or-another»… okay sure… whatever… we’ll try it. We start telling him our order and the«manager» walks by and says loudly… «I don’t know whyyyyyyy you’re ringing them up, we ain’t got no bread»… we then ask«okay, well, when do you think fresh bread will be made?»… she responds«I don’t know…» and then walks off. We stand there feeling stupid like we’ve asked something that isn’t able to be answered while watching the other employees just stand around acting like no one knows what to do. We walked out in silence not even knowing how to respond to the unhelpfulness of this locations manager and employees. I often frequent the Jimmy John’s on 14th Street and it is always a pleasant experience, but we decided to try this one because it is closer to our house. I will never go back to this location, ever. I was very annoyed and got terrible service. It is worth the drive to the other location knowing that they will always have bread and we will be taken care of promptly.
