Huge jimmy johns fan. This location has below average standards and my sandwiches are consistently made horribly. And i didn’t think it was possible to make a jimmy johns sub taste bad. Always dirty inside too.

Great option for lunch delivery! I use them several times a week for group lunches and/or myself! Easy online ordering and fast delivery. I usually try to get my order in by 11:30 to have it by noon. Otherwise, you will wait an hour or longer for your lunch if you place your order closer to the lunch rush. The food is always tasty, I love that they offer an «unwich»(lettuce wrap) option which is quite filling and one of the better lettuce wrap sandwiches you can get.

I’m a big fan of Jimmy Johns in general. It’s good, cheap subs that usually is super quick to deliver. However, this location does not live up to the chain’s standards. I’ve had several slow deliveries(45 mins +) and I only live less than 2 miles away. I’ve gone into the location multiple times and it’s usually unclean and the employees seem under managed. They hang out and chat, are slow to interact with the customers, and leave previous customer food wrappers on the tables. I only use them when I need a quick bite(but can wait for the delivery).

this is the slowest jimmy johns I’ve ever visited. Two employees here, only one is doing anything. There are only 2 customers here. I stood at the register for 6 minutes just waiting to order.

Love this place, but ride-share if you go. Not a lot of good parking. The Italian night club is my favorite. And freaky fast? Yes, for sure.

I’ve ordered her before and the sandwiches are pretty good. They advertise«freaky fast delivery» but mines took 30 mins on two different occasions for 1 sandwich! Not sure if the time of day has anything to do with it but im just saying. It was around 7PM when I placed the order. Staff seems to be a young maybe high school seniors because there customer service verbiage is not really professional at times.

My last 3 deliveries have been 40+ minutes and I live less than 2 miles away… not freakishly fast.

It’s 28 degrees out. I’m not leaving my office. Jimmy John’s to the rescue! Delivery: 15 – 20 minutes Driver: Has pen ready no lull time Food: The food here used to be mediocre. It’s gotten tastier! Meat, Bread, and toppings are fresh! Their fountain drinks are delicious! Ordering: Easy online ordering. Cost: Cheap. $ 8.50 for sub, chips and a drink. Then add tip. So Jimmy John’s will be my go to place when I’m too busy to get out or the weather says don’t leave or heck if I am just feeling lazy!

This Jimmy Johns is cute and clean. The staff is always so friendly which makes your visit that much more enjoyable. The service is fast and made exactly as specified on the menu(I have never had an error in my order). They are in a great area and they have outdoor seating so you can enjoy some fresh air while you eat. There is a small shopping district across the street called«The Jubilee» which is a great place to visit after your meal. This is always my Jimmy Johns of choice.

I visited this location a few Saturdays ago with my boyfriend. I had heard great things about Jimmy Johns, and being new to Atlanta and from a city that did not have the restaurant, we decided to give it a chance. However, I will have to be honest. It was awful. The music was SO loud I literally could not hear my boyfriend sitting right next to me. My sandwich, not good. Subway is ten times better than this place if you ask me. Could not find napkins anywhere and when I asked for them the staff told me to walk over to a part where you pick up to-go sandwiches and reach over the counter, while laughing. The staff was not friendly or helpful by any means, we stated we were first timers. Being a part of the food service industry, I know what good customer service is and this place, needs help. Will not be returning.

If you need a sandwich quick call this location. I’ve had sandwiches delivered to my home in under 10 minutes. A friend told me that if I ordered from them don’t go get on the computer or the phone, don’t go sit down, and certainly don’t go to the bathroom because the delivery guys will be ringing the doorbell before you can blink.

I really do not like writing bad reviews. But this was just awful. I understand the bread in the south is different than the bread I will get in New Jersey or New York but this stuff was horrible like the most plain, bland, non-textured white bread you just form into a sub shape. There was a ton of vegetables on it more than meat specifically lettuce and there was also cucumbers which I just thought was so weird. It seems the only good fat traditional sub I can get down here is from Publix. I could barely eat any of the sandwich honestly :-(Not my cup of tea at all!

I don’t usually review chains but this location was so bad. The sandwiches my wife and I had were both done wrong. She ordered a #1 with no mayo and oil and vinegar. It came with no oil and vinegar. Mine was a #9 Italian that had so much mayonnaise it oozed out the sides and I also got no oil and vinegar. As we were waiting inside for these to be corrected we noticed that it smelled like something had gone bad on the left side of the place. We ate out on the deck because of the smell and the fact that the music was so loud. The bread was stale. The music was also inappropriate for children. This review is compared to other Jimmy John’s not just a bad food experience.

Wow Jimmy John’s is fast. I always hear their radio commercials on how fast they are. I didn’t get delivery from them. But my sandwich was ready a second after I paid. It’s like they read my mind and pre-made the sandwich. I tried the Pepe. It tasted okay. The smokiness from the ham was okay. I just didn’t like the bread. I guess I’m too spoiled by good tasting, freshly-made bread. The bread here tasted like it came from a supermarket brand. Maybe if they toasted it, it would’ve tasted better. But that would’ve taken too long for them probably. They share a parking space with Figo Pasta. During busy hours, the small parking space might fill up. So you can drive behind the building on Ranch Rd. But the parking there looks small too. But at least they’re fast. If you want okay sandwiches super fast, try this place.

Britney G.(nickname«BritBrat») sent me this delightful message in response to my Jimmy John’s review. According to her profile, it says she’s new to Unilocal after joining this month. Well, BritBrat, I’ve got some advice for you: it sounds like you’re a disgruntled Jimmy John’s employee and writing in response to criticism will only cause further harm. This is the tackiest piece of crap anyone’s ever had the audacity to send me on Unilocal.I just wanted to share your sentiments with the Atlanta community so we all know 1) not to be your friend 2) you’re a moron and 3) you should never tell a Unilocaler to «shut the hell up». From BritBrat: this is a response to your jimmy johns review: Having sprouts still on the menu is nothing really to bitch about. It even says ONTHEMENU they that have the right to change any item on the menu without prior notice, so that’s definitely not a lawsuit. Okay, I’m sorry you’re crying about your cucumbers, but have you ever considered cucumbers come in different sizes??? Or would you rather have your food genetically altered so your damn cucumbers are the same size??? But you did get the right amount, didn’t you? Last time I checked the word slathered meant«to spread thickly.» So sounds like you got a lot of avocado in between the cheese… but to you it wasn’t enough. I believe there is an option to add EXTRA avocado… «There was more cheese and lettuce than anything else» What else did you want?! You sound like you don’t know what YOU are doing. You got a veggie. it has cheese… Order extra cucumbers and shut the hell up.

My friend had been trying to get me to go to JJ’s for awhile and I always resisted — I don’t eat much meat and don’t really like sub sandwiches, plus this is right next to Figo and I LOVE Figo. But after trying JJ’s, I wished I had tried it sooner! I had the veggie sub and it was sooo good — I think it was the bread that really made it stand out from other sub places. Will def be going back!

Shocked to give a, «Yay! I’m a fan.» I’ve had Jimmy John’s a few times in the past and I don’t know, I guess I just ordered the wrong thing? Maybe I didn’t see the side selections of oil and vinegar, mustard, onions, etc. In the past, the sandwiches always just seemed SO dry. So today, I decided I’d give this little place another try, I mean it has great reviews and I’m always hearing rave reviews. Fortunately, because I was eating lunch at 3PM I didn’t have to deal with struggling to find a parking spot(which, by the way, there’s a whole second parking lot behind this little complex when the street one is full. to those not familiar with the area). I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and added onions, oil and vinegar, mustard, and oregano. I was a bit disappointed at my inability to get pickles on the sandwich but I can get them on the side. How hard is it to put them on the sandwich? Anyways. The sandwich was super filling and yummy. I loved the avocado spread and sprouts, things you can’t usually find at sub places. The mayo was a bit out of control. Like, a lot out of control. Next time I’ll definitely insist on light mayo. Oh and did I mention that after ordering I had just enough time to pick out my awesome bbq chips before they threw the sandwich at me. Quick. Really quick.

People are nice, food comes fast and fresh. They have seating both inside and outside. Not too much space on the inside, but there’s a little patio outside and dogs are welcome.
