Jimmy John’s

It was my first time here and it was a pretty good experience. We were greeted when we walked in the door. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the cashier asked me if I needed help or if she could explain anything to me. I didn’t need it but it was nice of her. Once we placed our order the sandwiches were made rather quickly. Actually the fastest of all the Jimmy Johns I have been to. I had to ask for napkins lol they are kind of hidden by the counter. Plenty of seats inside, more than expected for the location. The only downside of this location is the fact that they seem very cheap with the meat. I know they aren’t known for a lot of meat but I felt like my sandwich had less than it should.
Parking is mainly metered street parking

Got the sandwich delivered, mouth watering waiting to take a bite. Only to open the wrapper to see the thinnest layer of turkey meat. I could cry.

Love Jimmy Johns. Always order double meat. This location has no problem charging me for double meat, but they have a problem putting the extra meat in the sandwich.

This location is convienently located below Anytime Fitness. Not sure about the parking situation. There is a parking garage on the side that the fitness center and FedEx use, so I would assume that could be used to JJ parking as well (not positive though). The service wasn’t all that great when we went. It was a Saturday afternoon and no one was in there. There were two men working there and one of their girl friends just hanging around with them at work. I asked where the restroom was and you have to use a key card attached to a 10 inch long block of wood and go down the hallway and through a couple of doors, and over the troll bridge to use the restroom. My boyfriend asked for his sandwich to be cut, the guy cut it and put it back on the counter without bothering to re wrap it. I asked for napkins, which should be available near the drinks like normal restaurants and he told me they were «by the take out sign» so I had to reach over the counter to get my napkins. The food is delicious and speedy. Service and professionalism could definitely be better.

This has to be some sort of stupid JJ iced tea conspiracy. Every time I order delivery, I order tea. You can only order sweet or unsweet from the online drop down menu, so in the directions and even where my name goes I write «tea ½ sweet ½ unsweet please» to make sure they see it. And every. Time. It’s wrong.
For a while they just ignored the request for ½ and ½, and then they got creative. One delivery girl got it right (yay!), and asked if I’d ever tried ½ tea ½ lemonade — you know, an Arnie Palmer. I said I had, and from that day forth my next three orders over the course of several weeks came up as ½ tea, ½ lemonade even though the word «lemonade» was nooooowhere in my instructions. So in my instructions, I added «NOT LEMONADE.»
Today the guy who delivered my order actually told me that he made sure it was sweet tea, just like I had asked! I thanked him and hoped he had just misspoke, but nope. 100% sweet tea. So he actually saw the instructions, interpreted «50% sweet + 50% unsweet» to mean «100% sweet + 0% unsweet», and then made sure to tell me what a good job he had done interpreting my order wrong. Hilarious. I wonder how they will screw up next.

I go to this location regularly. The sandwiches are always good, quick, and inexpensive. The reality is you pay more at Subway for an inferior product. Sure, they aren’t the best sandwiches in the world, but for a chain restaurant it’s surprisingly good.
The staff is friendly and considering the sheer volume this place does, get it right far more often than not.

But seriously… they are SO FAST.
I finally ventured across the street from my new office and tried Jimmy Johns. And it just happened to be National Sandwich Day!
Before I even paid for my sandwich, it was created. As I was waiting in line to order, a guy behind the counter asked what I wanted and immediately began making it. Before I told the lady at the cash register what I ordered, it was in my hands.
SO FAST.
And of course it was super awesome. You can’t go wrong with a simply veggie sandwich with all the fixins.
Make sure you go before the lunch crowd because the place fills up fast around noon.
