The service was good but the drink selection is non-existent. The bartender was nice enough to add an orange to my blue moon and apologize for them not having Yuengling despite the tap being there.

I would give this place 5 negative stars if that was an option!!! $ 20 to park n a parking lot of 12 spaces. Stayed 5 min which included walking though a VERY dark, VERY hot(like 97 degrees) with large stadium floor fans blowing even HOTTER air. Nothing they were advertising was actually happening so we left… Hungry! THEN didn’t get our $ 20 parking back. My lights were still on, on the car. That should tell u just how long we stayed. Argh!!!

Pizza and chicken wings are their pride and joy. I had the personal pan pizza a great deal for the price. But that was betwwen two people but if you’re alone you might wanna get one slice… they’re HUGE(2 in1)! They have private parking and a outdoor patio and on Tuesdays they have LIVEJAZZ! The staff is friendly good food, drinks and great music. There are 4 floors for different venues and events. Johnny the owner is friendly and doesn’t mind rolling up his sleeves. For a place that has only been open for 18 months it’s well run and has a nice crowd. The Clark Atlanta Univ campus is nearby so I saw a mature crowd and younger folk in the same place that night while the live jazz was playing. That’s rare indeed and that’s what give it it’s ambience a place for the young and the younger! If you’re a down to earth kind of person you’ll like this place. But if you’re some what of a snob(and you know if you are) you probably won’t like this place and may wanna go downtown or VA/Highland for a slice.

Worst experience in the history of a restaurant business! From the moment I walked in the bartender was rude and unpleasant! Management is very Ghetto along with the staff! Drinks we’re so sweet and tasted like it had no alcohol in it. I ordered 2 drinks and got 3 terribly made drinks! Did I miss something how did I end up with 3 nasty drinks! And no change back. They kept my money, and tip themselves apparently! I was upset a demanded my money back! Not resolving the issue one of the part owners makes my friends, and I shots and disregards my request for a refund. Then insults me by saying; «I’m too demanding, and these are more than what I paid for». The point was I wasn’t satisfied for what I paid for. Entitled to my money back! This place will never see me or money again. The sad part is this place has so much potential but very bad customer service! And according to the other reviews bad food.

The food is way over priced almost $ 10 bucks for a sandwich that looks like it came out a vending machine also, no fries or side with the sandwich. The manager could not work the cash register to refund my money. I waited almost 45 minutes for him to work it out. All I can say Johnny will never see me again. The worst place I have eaten since I been in Atlanta.

I stumbled in here randomly because I don’t live too far from the place. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the music and the drinks. The music is always bumpin — whether they have a band or DJ and the drinks are strong. The service is ghetto and just typical and the food is NOT good at all. But I’d go back, only because I can walk here from my house n get a strong drink.

This place has a lot of potential but definitely has room for improvement. A lot of improvement. FIRST of all, I ordered a cheese slice &6 lemon pepper wings(no they don’t sell fries) .he wanted a sandwich called the hunter… simple right? Since it is on the menu… the bartender was a tall, slender, female and didn’t know squat about the menu, she did not even know how to make a margarita !! How is it possible to be a «bartender» when she had no clue & had to inquire with another staff members on proper margarita mixing smh! Anyway, she took our order… after 15 – 20 minutes of waiting she tells us there were No wings. they would be there in 45 minutes –_– & that they were out of hunter sandwiches. So we needed a menu to look again… I 86’d the Slice & wings, decided to just get Lasagna & he got a Stromboli… This was my second time visiting this«pizza bistro», & for continued business they MUST step up their game. Preferably ASAP. The first time I visited they were out of personal pans. Who is management & why aren’t they doing food & product inventory so they do not run out of food? Why hire staff that do not know how to make basic drinks? The bartenders were friendly, but knowledge is power. Have 1 bartender to train the inexperienced one. she shouldn’t be trying to take orders/make drinks and she says«it’s my 2nd day» smh wth. You can’t be a reputable business running out of food, NO A/c, & no general manager in place. I asked another young lady who was working behind the bar if I could speak to management, she said the owners son T was the manager on duty, so I asked to speak to him. He’s no manager. He doesn’t really care because«he can’t control how long the food takes» but he did comp our bill 10% which was the least he could have done. Very disappointed in my overall experience & it’ll be a while before I decide to come back. Invest in a real manager, who understands about professionalism, customer service, and supply & demand. TRAIN your staff on mixing drinks, 2 bartenders but only 1 knows how to make drinks? The other should work as a server until she gains experience to get behind the bar. it’s common sense. Get your A/C fixed, Like I said before I see potential in this place just needs the right person to run it. Generous by giving 1 star

This place is horrible!!! First of all the air is not working in the middle hot August. And the drinks is horrible. I told the waitress that I did not taste any alcohol and she told me that they only put one shot of alcohol in their drink… WTH!!!

Met a friend here for lunch and they had a nice lunch crowd! Full bar for those who like cocktails! Don’t let the first floor fool you! This place is big! Very cute can’t wait to bring friends back to check it out at night!

*Sigh* This is a cute place with lots of potential for holding events, getting a group together to watch the game on the projector, or just grabbing a bite with a friend. It has 4 levels, including a «Blue Room» with its own bar and the rooftop patio that they open up in the warmer months. The main entry space is nice as well, bonus points for having a bar. I personally don’t like how close the bathrooms are to everything, and the fact that they’re only on one level of the restaurant could be quite inconvenient to those in various stages of inebriation. Especially because this is NOT wheelchair friendly. Which brings me to the fact that there are so many stairs! My thighs were burning after I got my tour of the place from one of the young ladies working the day I went. I would definitely not care to venture past the main level just for comfort’s sake. The overall appearance of the restaurant would get a solid 3 stars from me(most of it still needs to be put together and those stairs are a bitch!), but unfortunately I was thoroughly unimpressed with the food and the wait time. Please tell me why it took over 20 minutes to get ONE pepperoni slice to go? The young lady that took my order, to her credit, was very sweet and apologetic, and went into the kitchen several times to check on my food but I mean damn! Adding insult to injury is the fact that the pizza was… well… gross. The crust was incredibly thin, which I liked. But there were like, HANDFULs of cheese on top. It was sickening to the point where I just had to eat the crust and the pepperoni, and throw the gobs of cheese away. My appetite was almost ruined and my stomach began to turn after I ate what little I could of a slice. What a waste of $ 4 and 20 minutes smh. If Johnny M’s got it together on the wait times and, more importantly the pizza recipe, this could be a real winner in the West End.

I normally eat at Mr Everything, which is located a couple steps from this restaurant. I was looking for something different to eat and decided to try Johnny M’s Pizza Bistro. Especially since I pass by it all the time. It was not your normal Pizza Joint. I ate it for lunch and it was great. Tasted great, priced great, and great customer service. I will be returning next week.

I pulled up on a Sunday afternoon and heard jazz music emanating from the patio, I looked and there was this ones n band jammmming. Being who I am, I decided to parlay. This place is very nice great for parties groups and or even if your a party of one. I decided to enjoy the music, and one slice of pizza. I’ve tried everyone’s in Atlanta but this one right here… So back to the story, I met the proprietor Johnny and his sis Beryl. They game me the run down on the haps. Tues weds line dancing Sunday jazz etc. then I order another slice a corona and some baked you would swear they are fried wings. Lets talk about the pizza very thin, a nice amount of resistance and yet a different flavorful sauce. They also butter the crust. There is no huge crust either. The crust is more of a cracker but never the less awesome… Yass awesome! This pizza passed my «you can eat it cold» test. Support this small enterprise I promise you won’t be disappointed!
