I visited this location recently and had a TERRIBLE experience. I am surprised to even say that it was with the store manager. I will not state her name but she was just AWFUL and so nasty and so rude! It literally and purposely took her 25 minutes to process a return on 2 shirts. I will not re-visit this location.

So last month, I had a surprise interview, so I rushed out to the closest suit store I knew of, which happened to be Jos. A. Bank. The first impression I got was«this place is MAJORLY stuffy.» First of all, I had to approach a salesperson, there was none of that«hi, how are you? Let me know if you need help» pleasantry, nope. I had to do the sales person hunting, which turned me off. Not to mention, I felt like I was being judged from my attire, sneakers, jeans and a polo, which is bad, because I had money I had to spend.(Circa the male version of Pretty Woman). Secondly, not really knowing my present measurements(after gaining some major muscle from working out almost everyday for the last 2 years) I was slightly intimidated when it came down to trying on a jacket/pants. Which didn’t work to my favor, because I didn’t really get a formal measure from the clerks, they just had me try on jackets to determine what fit. Thirdly, there was a lot of selection, but the style of suits range from, Grandpa, to Great-Grandpa, to ancient. I was not impressed at all. Iain fact, I ended up LOATHING the moment I stepped in the place. I know that traditionally suits are some what bland, but this place sucked! If you are into looking like you are a 60 year old banker, this place is for you. I haven’t a clue why this place exists in such a hip, young, fashionable setting such as Atlantic Station. I will not go back to this place at all. In fact, after I ended up walking down to Express and finding a «younger, fashionable» suit. I actually scored too. I found an all wool slammin suit $ 150.00 cheaper than at Jos A Bank.
