Wonderful service with Jerry the manager! He went above and beyond outfitting the groom and groomsmen for our wedding. He searched for products that were no longer available to order by calling many other stores. He called and emailed to keep us up-​to-​date on the orders and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with him at this location!

Very happy with a recent purchase here. Both Jerry and Janay spent a lot of time helping me with a suit purchase. The people went above and beyond here. Went to other place like brooks b and department stores. No one came close to the service. Wl be a return customer.

Echoing some of the reviews for other locations, there was zero customer service at this location. Zero. My husband and I went in there looking for a new suit and yes, we could actually afford to purchase one there. However, the sales team looked right past us and completely ignored us. They didn’t even say hi when we walked in. There was a sales associate straightening suits on a nearby rack but he paid no attention and didn’t offer to help us. We had been running errands in the area and were dressed casually, so I suppose we didn’t look as though we were loaded with moolah so therefore they decided not to waste their time. The store was not busy at all, just a small handful of customers. Had a sales associate offered to help us, he would have made a sale today. But they were too snooty to be bothered with middle class people. Now our business and our money is going elsewhere. My husband said their motto should be «If you are blue collar, don’t bother. »
