I have been going to Kai for years now! They are amazing at everything they do and the staff is amazing. i have had facials all over and SONYA is the best at Kai. She knows exactly what i need every time i come in. She is also great at tinting eyelashes. Its like a one stop shop for me cause they do so many things. It is a very relaxing yet professional environment. Everyone there is great and friendly. Also there massages are great as well. Overall a great medical spa with talented aestheticians and lots to offer!

Epi-​dermal leveling and Kai signature facial left my skin glowing. I am so glad Kimberly suggested it, as I have only tried microderm. I am also enjoying my new skin products from Societe… all organic. I have very sensitive skin and normal get breakouts when I switch products, especially on my chin. I have been using these products for 2 weeks and my skin feels great and no breakouts.
The Triple C and Transforming Skin moisturizer are my favorite.

I went to Kai and saw April on a whim for a facial. The experience was fantastic! I have struggled with acne since I was a teen and have had several different treatments. I feel confident that April picked the best treatment for my skin and provided great education. She totally gets it! She was able to provide feedback without being offensive, which I feel others in this field can potentially lack this quality.

I went here to get laser treatment but she told me not to get it because of the pigment in my skin. She suggested a variety of different things I could do instead. She then said I should try Glytone. That is very honest to not take my money. I decided on buying the Glytone. This thing is amazing! I’m very skeptic on new products but I’m so glad I bought it. A little pricey but it worked wonders. Thanks for her suggestions! It saved me thousands.

Have been going to Kai for several years now and have had everything from facials to massages to laser treatments. The staff is awesome, there are a variety of aestheticians who can fit your need and also a variety of massage and massage-​type of therapy as well. The laser stuff is flat-​out cool; they can do amazing things that goes way beyond hair removal… honestly I think laser treatments are the future. The best part is that they do all this medical grade stuff (and sell medical grade products) but it’s not in a stuffy doctor’s office. The spa is in a lively setting (near Van Michael and Breadwinner, two merchants who also do boffo business) but has a chill atmosphere. Skip all the run down franchises and go with Kai… I think they’ve been around for like 8 years now and have always had great service.

My husband and I have gotten each other massages here as birthday gifts and we’ve both been very happy with our experiences. The staff is warm, friendly, and very professional. Despite the small space, this spa has a nice ambiance and is impeccably clean. I’d definitely recommend going here for a massage (Sandra does great work).

I’ve been going to Kai for a year now. Once a month I get a microdermabrasion or a peel. I rotate the services depending on my skin’s needs. My aesthetician Cari is great. I went in a year ago not really knowing what kind of facial I should get and after a conversation about my skin, she recommended microderm with a facial interspersed with peels.
My face has never been so clear and I always feel better after an appointment. They also offer spray tans and other med spa services.
