DONOTUSETHESETHUGS We ordered a 24 ft truck, they showed up with a 17 ft, we ordered to have 3 men but I think the one that kept talking about his time in Rikers Island must have been drunk or high so it was really like only having 2 people. They scratched our table, walls, doors, and floors at our house. The movers asked multiple times if they could have stuff of ours that they were moving, also they kept saying, wow we must be gettin a big tip for working this hard. If we had the 24 ft truck we could have done 2 trips and been done, we ended up ordering a uhaul and taking 6 trips. They took the table to be repaired and now refuse to answer my calls, we’re calling the police department tomorrow and going to file charges for stealing the table. DONOTUSETHESETHUGS

I don’t know about the part of the company but he one here in DC is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I had an issue with my storage this summer with them delivering my items late because or what they called a lack of communication between departments. I am a student and a worker here in DC so when I returned to my dorm I had absolutely no bed sheets to sleep on nor did I have any of my clothes for work here. When I contacted the company I was told that I would be compensated for having to buy a whole new set of sheets and work clothes for the week I did not receive my items. This was now 3 months ago. Not only have I been ignored by the company, I have not received any compensation at all. Honestly, I’m not even as upset about the money. I am more upset about the fact that they were completely unprofessional throughout the entire process. My boxes came back ripped and one didn’t even make it to my dorm without collapsing. Then, they never answer the phone number they provide. And I am missing a few of my items, probably not from them stealing it to be honest, but I believe the fact that my boxes were so poorly handled a few items have fallen out. Just an overall disappointment and I will definitely not be using this company again!

Save your time and money! I called this company on a Saturday, September 28th to see if they would move me. There next open slot was Monday, September 30th(the last day of the month and my lease) at 7:30am. The guy took my info, set my time, and told me he’d send me an email. I received no email, so on Sunday I called with no answer. On Monday morning I woke up with my fiancé and 2 year at 5:30am waiting and preparing for my movers to arrive at 7:30a. I even purchased drinks and food for them, smh! At 7a, I called and no one answered, so I called again, and again at 7:30a, 7:40a, 7:44a, 7:45a, 7:50a, 8a, 8:15a, 8:30a, 8:45a, 9am… You get the point! Luckily I didn’t pay a deposit. I had to scramble to find a Uhaul, try to pay some friends and random people to help me move. I had to call out of my 9a-6p shift due to this. I was so frustrated, angry, hot, and out of a lot of money because I fell for the«$ 69.992 men and a truck» sign that caught my eye, silly me. I called this company numerous time that day. Even texted, tried emailing, and requesting an invoice(pretending to be a new customer) all to no avail. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a moving service. PLEASE… DONTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY!!!
