I needed coffee creamer and was too lazy to drive the extra 2 miles, in Friday afternoon traffic, to Publix. I got creamer and was enticed by a small box of ice cream cones so that ended up in the cart too. I was in and out within 3 minutes. Not bad. I get home and open up the creamer to find the silver safety seal was open and it leaked all over the inside the bag. I’ve never had to examine creamer before. I check the other creamer and this one didn’t even have a seal. Frustrated, I put the receipt on the counter to take both back tomorrow. Later, I went to get an ice cream cone. As I was unwrapping it from the plastic wrap, I felt the cone itself was soft and mushy. I attempted to take the cone out of the package and the entire ice cream part of the cone came out. The cone is supposed to be hard but it was soggy. I felt the other cone packages and those cones were also soggy and soft too. 3 for 3? After I return these items for a refund I won’t be back.

I’ve visited Kroger many MANY times. The store has always been clean and organized, but they are often out of staples. Yesterday, I almost left the store after choosing all my groceries. The only way to check out without going through the express lane was to use the self checkout machines. They were crowded and only 2 out of the 4 machines were working. I complained to a store clerk and they sent me to the express lane, which looked closed, since the light indicating that the line was open was turned off. I even mentioned that to the clerk and she had no response. Fortunately, I don’t have much need to visit this store since I don’t live nearby.

Not all Krogers are created equal, but the location off of Johnson Ferry Rd happens to be my favorite. The staff is always friendly, they always have great prices, the store is always well stocked, and the store is very well kept!

This is *my* grocery store of choice. Considering there’s a million places you can go to pick up a specialty item, there’s nothing wrong with a little ol’Kroger. The store is always clean, they usually have a better selection of fresh flowers here than at other locations, and the staff is really helpful and nice. I can honestly say I’ve never even waiting in line at this store. I’m a die hard fan for *my* Johnson Ferry Kroger.

What was it they called the Publix in Buckhead? The Pick-up Pubilx? This is the Kommon Kroger. You’re not going to be picking up any single young ladies(or gents) here. Doesn’t matter, that’s why I love this Kroger. I don’t know why, but a lot of times when I’m shopping here, I feel like I’m the only one there. It’s not that it’s not crowded at times, it’s just not a zoo, and I like that about it. That and the interesting characters that work there. If you’re looking for great meat or vegetables, the Publix up the street may be a better bet, but for everything else, I’m going here. Everyone is usually friendly, and they’ve always got good specials on pretty much one thing or another I need.

This isnt your average Krog. The inside of the store is SUPER clean and everyone that works there was really nice. I agree with Jen M., there werent any beggars asking for anything. Plus there is a great mexican restaurant in that shopping center and a starbucks.
