I found this company on HomeAdvisor or some such site. Jeff came out, all friendly and «I’m the guy.» He listened to everything I wanted, took photos, and even stepped on my neighbor’s lawn to take photos of some plants they have that I liked. He promised a quote within two days; I said within a few days would be fine, and told him how annoyed I’ve been with landscaping companies that say they will send an estimate, and never do. He assured me that wouldn’t happen – they wanted my business. Well – you guessed it! I never received anything. I sent a couple of texts asking about it, and he kept saying he was working on it. In fact, one text said «I’m actually in my office right now, working on it and will send it to you this afternoon.» Never received it. I sent in a complaint via their web inquiry form, to Cumberland Landscape Group, who claims to be the parent of LawnSer​vice​.Com. Never heard from them either. Don’t waste your time – this company is unprofessional, unreliable, and just plain douchebags.
