Leverage Lounge

I don’t really have anything good to say about this place.
I found out about this place because they are marketing their $ 4 crablegs on Wednesdays on an email list. So myself and a friend decided to check it out last week.
There are not a lot of lights around the outside so I passed it twice because I could not see the signage. I parked and went inside. I don’t know why someone would say this is an elegant place? It looked like a rehabbed sports bar. It was not bad but I would not say it is elegant. I seated myself, waited somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes for a waiter to come over.
I went ahead and ordered the crablegs and asked for a menu for my friend. She showed up about 10 or 15 minutes later.
A man came by, maybe a manager, and asked if I was ok. I told him I put in an order for crablegs and could he check on it. My friend ordered some things off the menu. A few minutes later the waiter told us they are not cooking anything off the menu on crableg night.
We sit maybe another 10 minutes. I’ve been here at least a half hour. No food, no drink. Then the waiter comes and says, there are 9 orders ahead of me and it will be about an hour. So we got up and left.
My big complaint is that they should not do the advertising if they are not prepared for the crowd. Plus I saw someone who came in after me get served before me. Big no no!
I don’t see myself giving this place another chance.

Uhhhh well my homegirl and I are sitting in Leverage food lounge right now… and to be totally honest we are not impressed with the service AT ALL! We decided to come here because I received an email about the $ 4 crablegs and $ 4 drinks between 7 – 9! We got here at 7:30 and no one asked for our order until after 8! The server even went to a table that arrived AFTER we were sitting here forever. The server then informs us that they are about to run out of the freakin crablegs!!! Seriously!!!
All I can say is I gave the place 2 stars because it is super cute on the inside… not sure what this music is doing either!
You guys can try it if u want… you may get a different result. But they have ruined our first impression!

Leverage Lounge is a beautiful ELEGANT spot for just about any event. It is a bar & food lounge and also an AFTER HOURS club.
The food is AMAZING and is also very addictive. I find myself coming back twice a week just for the food! Prices are reasonable and when they bring the food out, it is served with elegant dishes & looks soo expensive. Apparently the chef was a student of Wolfgang Puck and you can definitely tell!!!
The STAFF is WONDERFUL… everyone is so nice & friendly. Makes you feel as tho, you are family the second time you come around.
Drinks are inexpensive & delicious! And also to enhance the drinking, they also have HOOKAHs to smoke!
Place is very elegant & beautiful. Definitely upscale with a relaxing mood!
What I love the most is you can talk to the manager and they are always willing to accommodate you with all your needs!!! Example:
I wanted to celebrate an event but most of the ppl attending are 18 (not 21 as they usually cater to) The manager got some wrist bands and made it happen! WE HAD A BLAST!
Another time, I needed to have a business meeting and they put the tables together, had our food ready and lowered down the music.
I absolutely love LEVERAGE LOUNGE and their staff!!!
