I would NEVER even dream about booking another appointment here, and demanded a refund back from groupon bc of it.
They are completely unprofessional and who ever’s cell phone they use as a business line (maybe she is the owner or mgr) is the person whom im referring to. COMPLETELY RUDE. In an environment where you need to feel comfortable, but instead have someone talk over you, not listen to you, but get an attitude… there is just no reason for any of that.
Completely lost my business and those friends that I HAD mentioned to, that I had an appt.
Sorry Bön Qui Qui, you don’t have to get an attitude and go ghetto on me bc YOU canceled my appointment and gave me less than an hour notice… and expect me to be okay with you offering that I can «standby» for the next day.
