Don’t waste your time or money. This company has many excuses and never any availability to honor pre-​paid vouchers.

I had the same experience as other user. It may be because I also had Loclly deal. The owner decided to not honor the deal and left me stranded by not sending the vehicle. Unethical and unreliable service. Please beware!

BEWARE! I bought a deal several months ago on Locally for RT transportation to Hartsfield. When I called weeks ahead for a December trip, they said they couldn’t honor it. Today, Dec. 6^th, they are selling new deals on Loclly. Totally unreliable!!!

If only there were a zero!
I had a roundtrip Loclly deal to the airport for $ 59. Seemed great. Reservations were an ordeal, they seemed to not know what they were doing, took 1 fone call and several e-​mails with them providing wrong info. Then Terre (owner) came back wanted the tip paid in advance and we agreed (I have the e-​mail) I would pay my own trip. Then 2 weeks later, she demanded the tip and double the tax paid in advance. She wanted $ 24.72 each way. $ 4.72 is the Fulton County tax on $ 59, but she wanted it paid each way. She refused to answer me when I asked if this advance payment twas for Loclly customers only or for all customers. Tips are based on service rendered, not in advance. She offered a refund on the tip if I was not satisfied — but considering what i already went thru to get the res and argue paying tip and double tax, there was no way I would consider doing business here — I’d rather take a cab. I feel very cheated.
WATCH OUT — you will get more than you wanted.
Loclly kindly gave me a full refund.
