TERRIBLE (in fact I’d say non existent) customer service. NOT what you want to have in a home security company. I would not recommend them at all. Non-​responsive for long periods of time and then rude when they do respond.

Do NOT use this security company. After discovering our system wasn’t working and wasn’t being monitored even though we had been paying them quarterly and regularly, we asked for the system to be fixed and for a credit. We had been longtime customers who trusted them. Unbelievably, the president, Tad Linder, was unapologetic and had the audacity to terminate our account. I’ve never seen anything like it. Linder was simply stealing money from us.
