Don’t waste your time. Disappointing stop. Less than friendly sales associate. Had an item to purchase and code for a free trial item. When I went to check out, «out of trial size» and not interested in substituting another trial item. Decided not to purchase anything here. Am happier to spend my money with more pleasant people

Cheryl is a magical dream facial elf. I had a long layover in ATL and popped into the shop to see what men’s products they had. Cheryl was the definition of charming (turned out she was from Charm City). When she found out we’d been flying all day she had is sit down down for a mini facial, which was incredibly relaxing walked out with lots of fun products, relaxed and feeling good.

I was just in here now! Their fragrances smell divine and I would have loved to purchase something right now but not one person greeted me. There was only one other person in the store and a lady was helping him however the other girl was just standing at the register staring in la la land and didn’t even have the common courtesy to say hello or offer me assistance. I tested, I smelled, I tried on fragrances and really wanted the Roses perfume but as stated above no one said we will be right with you or let me help you. I was here for 7 mins and walked out! Guess I won’t be getting that perfume at all. They need to get their act together.

French inspired store that sells perfumes, candles, soaps, lotions, creams and other fine products. The products are deliciously fragrant with fruit, flower and other scents.
What sets LO apart from the competition is its high quality and unique scents. LO’s products make wonderful gifts for anyone. The packaging and gift wrapping is lovely and looks expensive.
Both men and women shop here. The store is decorated «French-​Country» with products beautifully displayed with testers for the different scents.
LO’s prices ($$) are in line with the quality and quantity of its products. Incredibly reasonable.
