Was at this location to check the authenticity of a purse I received as a gift. The salesperson just wouldn’t shut up and was questioning me beyond what was necessary with nosy commentary. She has a short afro and I didn’t catch her name. I listened quietly and very well to her. I decided she was catering her ego and likes to hear herself talk. Besides that the overall atmosphere was good. I’m sure a different salesperson might have made a positive difference.

Despite the fact that just about everyone has a Louis Vuitton handbag, I am not a fan. Maybe because it’s so commonplace and I feel like carrying a bag makes you part of some out-​of-​high– school-​remnant of a high school clique. Having said this, though, I like the LV store. It’s spacious, unlike the claustrophobic Fendi and Prada boutiques, and the sales associates are friendly and respectful. If polite staff is important to you, choose this location over the LV boutique at close-​by Saks. Alma and Eva, their minis, really are cute, though, even though monogram has become so common and fakes are everywhere, too.

This Louis Vuitton store is located in the Saks Fifth Avenue in Phipps Plaza. I visited this location on a Saturday morning knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was greeted immediately as I walked in the store by one of the sales associates and was asked if I needed help by a different one. I told the sales associate what I needed, she boxed up my item, I paid, and that was it. She really didn’t engage in any conversation other than to tell me the price of my item, which was okay because this was not one of those shopping trips that required me to browse and ask tons of questions. All in all, this was a successful shopping trip and I will be visiting this LV store in the future.

This location is so much better than Lenox Square with all of its pretentiousness. Like seriously, you’d think they would do better knowing another location is right across the street.
I visited this location, inside of Saks Fifth Avenue, on two occasions. The first time was because I wanted my Speedy bag hotstamped. Lenox sent me over to this location because they «claimed» they had some new machine that didn’t allow them to do it. What the H ever. Lies
So I came here and a young man named Tavius helped me. He immediately gave me the form to fill out and said that normally I would have to come back and pick my purse up but he did it the same night (I don’t totally agree with that because in Aruba they did it the same day but whatever). He gave me a bag to dump all the crap from my purse into and I patiently waited about 10 minutes for him to complete the job.
The second time was to buy my boyfriend’s Christmas gift. I had already told the workers here that I would be back. So here I am! A young lady named Lamisha assisted me. She was present at the store the first time I came and she remembered that I was going to come back and purchase the passport case. She remembered it was for my boyfriend also. (Great memory!) So she immediately completed my purchase and assured me that it would be ready to go when I could pick it up.
The over all professional attitude of all the workers in this store is awesome. There is no pretentious air and everyone seems very down to earth. If I have NO reason to go over to Lenox I will always come here. They have my heart.

I abosolutly recommend this location over Lenox. The staff were awesome and very helpful. The availability of certain bags and items was great. It has a small boutique, yet personable feel. Not cold like the Lenox location.

Much better than the Lenox Square location.
This location is right inside of Saks Fifth Avenue inside Phipps Plaza. This location isn’t nearly as large as the one in Lenox but the customer service is much better. The sales people are much nicer and very knowledgeable and helpful.
This location has handbags, wallets, belts, sunglasses and luggage.
