These guys did an awesome job and saved the day. Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year (partially due to bad work by one of the larger HVAC companies) and Sean could hear the panic in my voice. He sent two very professional guys who installed a high efficiency unit that was the right size and budget for my house. He talked me down from a more expensive unit to what made the most sense… that’s right he was honest. Ultimately, these guys were awesome, on time, best priced and followed up to ensure we were happy with everything. Thanks guys! Great job.

I called at 8:30am & was able to get a same day appointment. Shawn came out a couple house later (he called 60 min prior) & was able to get my AC back in proper form for a reasonable price. No pressure up-​sells for stuff I did no need. He checked the freon & said I needed none. Good guy, local to downtown, prompt & professional.

I needed a complete system overhaul. Had been having AC issues since last Summer and then Heating issues this past Winter. Maintenance Unlimited was actually my third quote. Their price was great and the service that I received form Sean and his team was exceptional. Not only did they get the complete system repaired in a timely fashion, they also cleaned up after themselves (including vacuuming, who does this) and covered my carpet to avoid tracking dirt and stain while working inside and outside of my home. Highly recommended.

Sean from Maintenance Unlimited came out and replaced the air furnace in our condo. He and his team were very professional, timely, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and budget friendly. I’d highly recommend their services and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!
