I hired this company to photograph my wedding on April 11th of this year. Their prices were great and the photos on their website were nice so my then fiancé and I decided to use their services. The contract I signed stated that I would receive my pictures 7 – 10 days later. After the wedding I took a 10 day honeymoon and fully expected my pictures to be ready when we returned. No pictures. I waited a little while, as April is wedding season and maybe they were a little backed up. Still no pictures. On 4⁄26 I reached out to them to ask where the pictures were. I was told they would be ready tomorrow(4⁄27) and was given a link to view them online. Some of the pictures taken the day of were not online so I asked about those, they were later added(although there are still some that I to this day have not seen). On 4⁄29 I was asked to confirm my address(18 days after the wedding). I received a package on 5⁄19(over a month since the ceremony) that contained only an 8×10 photo. The rest of the pictures were absent. By this point I’m fuming so my husband calls and asks about the discs with all of the pictures. We were told that they would be sent on Monday 5⁄25. Well guess what? It’s now Tuesday 6⁄2 and still nothing. I received an email today stating that I should receive my discs tomorrow or Thursday. In short, their 7 – 10 day turn around is a blatant lie and their communication skill are horrible. As a consumer I should not have to track down the product I paid for. If there is a delay, I should be notified immediately so I can plan accordingly. I will never use their services again.
