Marshalls

Located inside the Plaza Fiesta «mall», this store has saved my bacon (and a few pennies) a few times when I have needed things for my home and I’ve not wanted to spend a lot of money.
Sheets, small appliances (Kitchenaid stand mixer, for example), etc. Also they’ve got a decent selection of «gourmet» coffees, interesting cooking supplies like gourmet salts, spices, whole vanilla beans (when they’ve got them), all at great prices. Good place to find a wedding or birthday gift.
Like other Marshalls stores, the check-​out line can get long and it’s a bit off-​putting to have the automated «Lane 3 is now ready for the next customer» bit, but the employees are generally friendly and smiling.
Marshalls makes spending money easy. Damn them.
