Nine months ago I ordered a couch from here and was delivered the wrong couch after 10weeks. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate a receipt or a serial number. I called the store and spoke with the manager who realized very quickly that I had received the wrong couch because this had happened to two other customers. He told me that I could be refunded half of my purchase with half store credit or keep the current couch until mine was delivered. After waiting 6 weeks, they had another couch delivered and waived the shipping. Unfortunately, I still have the wrong couch. There is velvet trim where there was not trim on the model couch. Also the quality is not great. The cushions are wearing out and one of the straps that are suppose to hold the cushions in place broke. Most of the staff is nice but over all the place seems disorganized and I am disappointed with my purchase.
