Marvi Threading

DO NOT GET A BRAZILIAN DONE HERE.
I wish I could give this no stars. Worst experience ever. I pray no one ever gets their first Brazilian here because it would probably be their last. This would probably have been my 12^th wax in my life. I honestly should have stopped her after she pulled the first strip because her technique was God awful. They are probably uncertified to do this kind of job. I’m truly SHOCKED they would charge $ 50 to have your skin ripped out.
I was rushed into the room and she barely said a word to me. She didn’t apply pressure after pulling, or let alone care about my general comfort. The process was quick but painful, and neither of those things should be acceptable. If I was new to waxing my skin would be in WAY WORSE condition than it is. NOT TO MENTION SHE USED FACIAL WAX FOR A BRAZILIAN. I walked out extremely uncomfortable because I was/​am in pain and there was wax still left over. I had to rush home to fix myself up and soothe the pain. :(
The environment in general was unprofessional. I went to use the restroom to clean myself up, no wipes, no paper towels and not to mention the bathroom light DIDNT TURN ON.
Please do yourself and your valued under regions a favor and not come to this place.

Worst Threading Ever!!! I HAD thick natural arched eyebrows! I specifically told her before I set in the chairs I like my eyebrows Thick just clean them up. She replied Okay I got you! I should of known something was wrong it hurt way worst than normal! Because she was threading hair that’s never been threaded!!! As the end result I end up with paper thin eyebrows that are uneven!!! My eyebrows are very important to me! I’m steaming! It will take months for them to grow back in correctly!!!

I get my eyebrows threaded here every week. I continue to come only because of Fairy, she is amazing at doing eyebrows and ever professional. If you come in and try to get anything done from the owner of the store you will be completely dissatisfied. The owner Shayfaq (spelling?) is horrible, she talks on the phone the whole time she threads your eyebrows, she messed up my eyebrows and made them super thin and cut me when she did them, even though I asked her several times to be gentle. If Fairy ever leaves this location I will never return to marvi threading.

My sister and I went here the other day. I went for a brazilian and she went for eye brow threading. This was seriously the worst brazilian I have ever gotten. Not only did this lady seem like she was rushing the whole time, she was on the phone while doing it. I swear it was her first time. She left hairs, she also left wax and she broke the skin off. My sister on the other hand has these gorgeous thick eyebrows that she just wanted cleaned up. The lady not only made them thin she left them super uneven. Never will I go to this place again even if it was my last option.

This is my first time going into this salon for eyebrow threading and ended up getting both the eyebrow threading and eyelash extension.
When I walked in, the technician was working on another client. She was courteous and greeted me and told me that I would be next after she was finished. The seats are comfy, the atmosphere was soothing and the technician was experienced and knowledgeable with threading.
I should have just left with the eyebrow threading but after hearing the different services they offered, I jumped at the chance to get «eyelash extensions» because she claimed it should last up to a month if I took care of it.
Now, I have wasted $ 30 to have my eyelashes look like clumped spider legs … Definitely not a good look. Also the eyelashes are already falling off and that is only after 3 – 5 hours within the same day.
If I had just stayed with the threading I would have given this place 5 stars due to the experienced technician. However I would dock a star because she did not introduce herself.
I docked another two stars because I felt that after I asked for natural looking eyelash extensions, I ended up with kooky looking fake eyelashes that are already coming off — definitely not long lasting like she claimed.
I will be coming back for the eyebrow threading because of the amazing pricing is great for students like me.
However be careful of the other services.

This place MIGHT be good for eyebrow threading, but i wouldn’t know because I came here with a Brazilian wax Groupon (now #1 on my list of Things You Do Not Purchase Off Of Groupon) Anyway…
This poor woman was nice, but HORRIBLE. Blamed me for having «too much hair». Left hair all over my nether regions, and would have left more if I didn’t point spots out to her. Left a HUGE clump of thick wax on a very painful part of my nether regions that I had to rip off because she kept pulling at it in the wrong direction, and it just got stuck and wouldn’t budge with the strips. You’re not supposed to go over the same spot more than 2 times with the type of wax she was using (clear kind that is used with strips) which is meant to be used for eyebrows or places where finer hair grows. She went over places 10+ times. My poor girlie bits were bleeding, and are now red, extremely sore, and still not smooth. I wish I could get my money back.
If you want a REAL Brazilian wax, you gotta go see REAL BRAZILIANS. Go to Andreia. They use the wax that you pull off after it hardens, but still stays smooth enough to remove just hair and not skin. And it takes the hair off the first time, 95% of the time, and it doesn’t matter how much or how little hair is down there. Rarely do they have to go over the same spot twice, and when they do, you can’t even feel it. They do it properly and FAST.
Today I endured torture. So if you are into slow, lengthy pain, then you should get your V waxed here. Otherwise, just stick to the eyebrow threading.

Marvi is awesome! She reshaped my eyebrows and they look great. The best place I have been to in Atlanta (and I have been to quite a few).

Went with a friend yesterday to try this place — it was fast, clean and she did my eyebrows perfectly! Both of us were really happy. Marvi is cheaper than Arches at Lenox, and faster. This is my new place! I almost don’t want to share because I don’t want it to get too busy!
