I was having a problem with my thermostat. The repair guy showed up an hour late, seemed confused, I’m not even sure he was an A/​C repair guy. Replaced the batteries in the thermostat which I provided and the filter which I also provided. Acted busy for an hour and did nothing else. He charged me $ 150.00. He was very nice but I would look elsewhere.

Awesome! Professional and prompt (answered the phone). Answered all of our questions. Gave us a fair assessment of our AC unit and best priced. He was also able to come out quickly. Will always use him!

Matt Mathias was extremely polite and efficient. He was able to get the job done the next day, when other places had over a week’s wait. Pricing was good. Would definitely use them again!

After our HVAC repairman abandoned us mid-​job, Mathias and his associate swooped in to restore our air with an easy fix.
He could have used our desperation to his advantage and price gouge us, but he did not. Instead he charged us for what we needed and nothing more. That’s why he is our new HVAC person, and he should be yours.

Great customer service and very fair pricing. My AC unit wasn’t working in August and in GA we need the AC during that month. Mathias came over immediately and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price that other places quoted me. He was very nice and explained to me what was causing the unit to not work and some maintenance I can do to help prevent it in the future.
I recommend Mathias Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who wants Excellent Customer Service with Extensive Knowledge about Heating and Air combined with fair pricing.
