Quick service. Two drive thru’s simultaneously moving to get the busy traffic out of their lot. I have never had a problem or issue with this McDonald’s.

I don’t really like this location, they are very slow along with horrible customer service. The food is never fresh, I usually have to ask them to remake it and they get upset which is odd because I’m only wanting fresh food.

I came here for lunch yesterday and they screwed up my order!!! I didn’t realize til I got back to the office that I got some dumb chicken sandwich instead of the tasty burgers and fries I was anticipating!!! I didn’t get my apple pie and I was upset, I know that stuff happens sometimes, and that’s life, but this is not the first time mistakes like this have happened to me at this particular McD’s. So I dunno. When they get the food right, it is pretty good, they just need to get more organized I think.

Third time at this store since it reopened after remodeling… and it’s gross! Few customers here, yet this entire dining room is TRASHED, EVERYTABLE! Condiments are out, napkins and ketchup empty and I’ve been waiting 13 minutes for an unsweetened tea, while the manager and employees are balking about a Halloween party. Really? Never again at this location.

DeKalb County Inspection Score: 84 Caution: Do not leave without checking your orders. This location forgets items routinely. The cashiers at the first window are always very friendly, but the experience will ultimately always be ruined by the people at the next window. The food prep people always forget items, leave out your straw, give you someone else’s order or just screw everything up beyond recognition. I no longer move forward immediately(as a courtesy to the people behind me). I check my orders for accuracy before pulling away from the window. In the past, it wasn’t too uncommon to wait in line for 10 minutes only to have to go inside for another 15 minutes to get my order fixed. Also, be advised that more often than not if you order a sandwich with onions, said onions will be beyond their fresh date. How to tell? Red onions aren’t red all the way through and don’t have a rotten smell. Apple pies are frequently re-tagged with a new«enjoy by» sticker after they plop them in the heater for a few seconds. How can you tell? There’s a bit of the box’s glossy finish torn off from the previous sticker. McDonald’s as a whole wonders why their sales are plunging. They scramble to change their menu because they swear plummeting sales are from boredom with the menu. It’s far more likely that people are getting fed up with trashy, inaccurate service.

2 orders wrong in a row wow. I come here a lot so no surprise. The person in line after me had the same issue where They only took down half of his order. The cashier probably could not hear over the ear wrenching yelling of her manager

Even with the new management staff, they still have the same disorganized issues. However, my salad the same as usual.

McDonalds gets a lot of shit but ya know, i have to say, on this night that I had to grab a bite to eat and quick it really knocked it out of the park. Being on Weight Watchers you’d think that eating at a place like Mikey D’s can be impossible but think again. I got their Sweet Chili Chicken Wrap and it was 9pts and honestly, it was amazing. The lettuce was so crisp and fresh tasting and the chicken was hot and tasty. It was impossible to not get a medium fry and again, the fries were hot and fresh. I have to say that while it may not ever be my number 1 choice for food, it’s nice to know that the one time I did was a really positive experience!

I don’t usually bother to write reviews of my fast food or big huge chain biz’s unless there is something specific I want to share. I have lived in this are for almost a year and just in the last month or two I have realized I have gotten some really friendly, helpful service. The line does get a little long and ridiculous sometimes but not unexpected. Most of the problems I have encountered here are due to the Einstein customers. …Pull up. Pull UP. Jeez what is this guy doing? I need to get out of the way so the next person can order and the person in front if you has pulled up. PULLUP. #Doubledrivethruproblems

McDonalds on CRACK! I feel weird rating a McDonald’s as a 4-star place. No, the food is not 4-stars. For a McDonald’s, however, this place really is wonderful. I come here all the time on the way to work. It’s always busy in the morning, no matter if I come at 6 am or 9 am. For whatever reason though, I always get through that Drive Thru in less than 5 minutes. There can be 20 cars or 2 cars but I’m always in and out in a weirdly fast amount of time. They have parking people that direct traffic during heavy times and help you park as well as get through the drive thru in as a little time as possible. I’ve never seen a parking attendant at a McDonalds before. The McDonalds on Moreland over by me needs a parking attendant like this one! The food is consistent and I’ve never left this McDonalds with an incorrect order(mind you, I come here at least 2 or 3 times a week for my egg white delight with no Canadian extra egg with parfait and unsweetened iced tea or a southwest salad with no meat and southwest dressing). Definitely recommend if you have a McDonald’s fix!

one of the worst McDonalds ever. just as bad as the one off of Roswell Rd. why is it that these two McD’s cannot get it right? the fries are never full in the container they give you. it’s always like HALF full. wtheck? the fries don’t taste fresh either. it’s always room temperature or way too salty. another thing, your order never comes out right. they’ll always forget to put something in the bag. they no longer ask you if you want any sauces. even when they do ask you, they’ll just ignore you and skip placing the sauce into your bag. at this location, they also give you your food first and drink after. who does that?! you always get your drinks first! such unfriendly, «I don’t want to be here» type of faces(at the drive thru). ugh… the list can go on forever, but I rather write about another business now.

I can’t believe I’m «reviewing» a McDonald’s, but yeah, I am. It’s not about that McCrap they call food, either. It’s about the drive-thru at THIS particular location. AMAZING! I pulled in this morning as I was craving a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I was in for a shock. There were no less than 25 – 30 cars wrapped around the building in TWO separate lines. I started not to do it, but I had a few minutes to spare. May I just tell you that I was out of there in about 6 minutes? Those people were MOVING those two drive thru lines with a FURIOUSQUICKNESS! I’ve never seen anything like it. Wow! I gave ‘em 4 stars, because well the food still upsets my stomach every time I eat it(and YES, I continue to go back, periodically). Hey, what can I say?

Horrible customer service… I’m used to rudeness… I’m from NYC… but when you try me after a long night working… you will learn… as the manager did this morning… I don’t care if it’s McDonalds or Seasons 52… you will learn that I expect a certain level of customer service… and if it is not given there will be a problem… too early… that’s what I get… I shouldn’t be eating McDonalds anyway…

This location can get a little busy because of all the near by businesses but their drive thru line has always moved efficiently. I ate inside a couple times and it seemed as if people just sat there to charge their laptops and use the wifi, which can be a little annoying for a paying customer who wants to use the outlet

It’s a McDonald’s. You know what the«food» looks and tastes like. It’s so wonderfully standardized that the burger you order here is the same one you’ll get at every McDonald’s from here to Puyallup, WA. This review is for everything but the food. On its exterior, this a nice looking, conveniently located McDonald’s. It has nice(incandescent, I think) lighting on the inside that gives it more of a café feel than a fast food restaurant. Once you’re inside, there is plenty of seating, from tables to booths to hightops. Two TVs are mounted high in the dining area so you can ignore your dining companions. Free Wi-Fi here. I’d personally rather work in a café or coffee shop, or at home, but I often see one or two people on laptops in here. First, the drive thru… there is almost always a deep line in the drive thru regardless of the time of day. I don’t think the line is there because McDonald’s is so popular. The foursquare tips for this place confirm the generally poor drive thru experience( ). I’ve waited once, maybe twice, in that drive thru and learned my lesson; now I just park and go in every time. The service on the inside is really hit or miss. The thing I order the most here is probably the Egg McMuffin on weekend mornings. The morning service is usually pretty good. There are usually a fair number of patrons dining in, and I assume with the drive thru less busy, it lets the employees do a better job. Service in the afternoons and at night is usually more of that aforementioned«miss.» I don’t know what it is, but everything just gets slow and more chaotic. Speaking of chaotic, the queue here can be a little confusing. There are two entrances(one door faces Ashford Dunwoody; the other door faces Perimeter Ctr W). There is no defined queue/line nor waiting area at the registers, so there’s a lot of trying to figure out who got there first, who’s already ordered, etc. Know your place and don’t let anyone cut you! Overall, for a McDonald’s, this is a fine one. Nothing great about it, but no major complaints either. It’s the only one in the area(except for the one inside the Wal-Mart farther north on Ashford Dunwoody) so it’s not like you have much choice anyway. P. S. About half the time, they have individually wrapped soft mints at the registers. Nice touch.

Over the past couple of years I have stopped in here on various occasions to pick up coffee, sodas and the rare french fry or breakfast item. I have frequently been impressed at their ability to pump out large drive-through orders in front of me so that I barely have to wait for my pre-work coffee or my late-night Diet Coke. The only time I have put in a large order here was on the day after Thanksgiving when I had a large crew in at work at a very early hour of the morning. I was thrilled that the McDonald’s team handled our huge order so well and that they got everything out so quickly and in such an orderly fashion. The food was as consistent as ever and each of my coworkers had more than enough food; somehow, we even ended up with leftovers! This McDonald’s service has almost always been excellent and sometimes I even get a slightly-more-attentive«How has your night been going?» or a genuine smile that seems to be lacking at most fast-food locations. Such small gestures really make for that much better of an experience. The layout of this locations seems quite nice and it seems like this must be a fairly new spot. You can enter on two different sides of the parking lot, since the restaurant is right on the corner of Ashford Dunwoody and Perimeter Center West, but do not trying making a left out of either entrance/exit; it either is not worth waiting around or is simply not allowed. I’m sure I will be back before terribly long for another large Diet Coke without ice and I know it will be just right and very affordable every time.

I have no shame in reviewing my first visit to this McDonald’s on Ashford Dunwoody Rd. near Perimeter Mall. I stopped by here on a Wednesday night and picked up one of my all-time favorites, the #1 Big Mac Extra Value Meal(large size). As Mike Y. told me, this is «what you eat when you hate yourself.» Whatevs, Mike. For many years, McDonald’s has perfected its food preparation process so anyone can make it, and it for the most part, consistently tastes the same across the board, whether it’s a McDonald’s in Dunwoody, Georgia or McDonald’s in Pullman, Washington(random geography trivia: where the Washington State University is located). However, the fine folks at McDonald’s Perimeter still managed to screw up my combo. The amount of fries they put in my large fry box was about the size of a medium fry. What the heck. When I pulled that large fry box out of the bag, I could barely see any golden sticks peeking out from the top edge of the front face. Fail. At least the Big Mac was good, as always. I noticed they put a tad bit more than the usual amount of that oh so delicious Big Mac sauce into my burger. So, despite the french fry fail, I will still give this Mickey D’s a Unilocal three-star«A-OK» rating for the mere fact that this is one of the newer McDonald’s. I’m talking physical restaurant space. It’s nice, clean, well-lit, and has those fancy stone columns and flatscreen TVs. Oh, and there’s a double drive-thru too. Note: There are two entrances from the road: one from Ashford Dunwoody and one from Perimeter Center West. When exiting the parking lot, they are both forced right turns so if you want to head left on either street, you’ll be forced to make a U-turn.

I’ve never actually dined in this location, its always the drive thru. Service is speedy and they get my order right. To the reviewer below that mentions them hiring people that speak English, are you serious? o0 I don’t think their native language has anything to do with getting your order right.
