The drive thru line was so slow I had debated on leaving and going to another Mc Donald’s. They have to do a better job with the customer service.

No matter what time of the day or night… no matter if there is one car or 10 cars in the parking lot… service is SLOW. Why do you call it fast food if I have to wait for COLD food over 20 mins? I had tell the manager on duty that I wanted hot fries and promptly received an attitude when I asked for a refund. Ok… we all have our bad days. However, there’s no excuse for consistently providing slow/bad service. #PleaseDoBetter

I wish there was a negative star selection for rating this particular McDonald’s. I went there for cup of coffee and cookies I stood in line 20 minutes at the drive thru after blowing my horn and asking the manager what was the hold up she replied to me that she not working today, and she was just here to fix the equipment. I replied these it doesn’t matter I’ve been in the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes. An explanation would be appreciated. I felt that someone needed to l explain the hold up, expecially after I blowing my horn several times her response was to whip my ass and then she would pray for me at check the next day. This was one of many horrible experiences.

The worst customer service ever!!! I just left this restaurant at 2am. When first arrive to the drive thru I was told to pull to the window. There were 3 cars in front of me. So I waited in line for 20mins. I wanted hamburgers and fries. Finally arrived at the window to get told that they were serving breakfast with a snappy attitude. Well don’t you think you should have said that at first and maybe I wouldn’t have wasted 20mins. Majority of the ppl who work here have messed up attitudes. If you do not like your job change your occupation. I will never stop at this place again. I spend my $$$ to receive good service period and if I could give zero stars I would have

I went to this Mc Donald’s for breakfast over the weekend. This is the only Mickey D’s I have known to stop serving breakfast @ 10:30am on the weekend!!! There are customers there complaining b/c we have never seen anything like this! Not everyone wakes up on 7 am on Saturday & Sunday. You talking about someone being mad b/c your mouth is twisted for a Hot Cakes Platter. Now that I know that’s how they service there customers spending there hard earned money. They won’t get another dime from me!!!

This place here is cray cray. It’s always something going on here. I think I’ve only had one normal experience at this place. I pass by this McDonald’s all the time on the way to work or just on the way to anywhere period. They get most of my business during the morning hours and you would think that’s when they have most of their lives together right? Yeah not so much. If you are partially familiar with their dollar menu, you know it has the fruit n yogurt parfait on there as an option for breakfast and all day. So I expect a breakfast menu item to be ready during breakfast hours. 9 times out of 10 it isn’t ready. I wrote corporate about it once and they said they’d correct it. You think they did? Nope! So now they have me trained to ask for it before I order it which is kind of sad if you think about it. Then one day I wanted a sausage mcmuffin. They didn’t have muffins. WTF! I hate their biscuits because they are too salty for me. Someone messed up the food order that week. Another time I had a coupon for a free oatmeal if I purchased a large beverage. The manager was the one that rang me up. You think he would actually get the transaction right right? NOPE! He assumed what the coupon said and gave me the free drink and not the oatmeal. I showed him the print on the coupon. Then he charged me for both. I asked him to read the coupon again. Then he gave me two oatmeals and charged me for an oatmeal AND the orange juice. I just took the extra oatmeal and gave it to a coworker. SMH They have the two speaker drive through with one in front of the other. They rarely use the first one and normally someone will sit there and sit there and sit there until they realize no one is speaking into that one. And they only do that because they have that pre-recorded message that speaks when someone rolls over the sensor. I just automatically pass by that one. It’s a waste of space and money. They barely use it. During lunch or early dinner hours I’ve gotten consistent, friendly service. FYI. #Yelp100

This location is nice. It’s a McDonald’s. They are all pretty much the same. This one always has what they should, like ketchup and napkins. They staff is always nice. The fries are usually pretty good and I like the Tea here but it’s not consistantly good. And by that I mean it’s not always as sweet as I like my Sweet Tea!
