Extremely disappointing. Even for McDonald’s standards. First of all. The happy meal doesn’t come in a happy meal box. Which i understand if they were provided those boxes. But the quality of the food was awful. The chicken nuggets were stale and kinda cold. They were shriveled up inside the fried layer. The fries were poorly seasoned. And tasted like cardboard. And they were also warm. Not hot.
They also got our order wrong. There wasn’t a long line or anything. So I don’t really see how that could have happened. Come on guys. Step up the game please.

Hungry for McDonald’s? Don’t stop here! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! The people were rude, the food undercooked (really how do you mess up fries!!), out of most sauces, and decided to clean the smoothy machine at the start of the lunch rush… Can’t call 4 people as rush because it looks like other people knew better than to eat here!

A late night menu has been posted for months including some lunch and breakfast items but they refuse to make any of the breakfast items. Why have a sign posted if you’re not going to honor it? False advertising. The staff is sometimes nice but they pick and choose what they sell.

This location is full of crap. As many iced coffees that I’ve purchased from various locations, this location charges the most. At several other locations a large iced coffee is $ 2.34 yet at this location a medium is $ 2.34?! As good as iced coffees are I waant all of what I pay for. I’m heading to another location not far away and I guarantee you the medium will NOT be $ 2.34.

After a long flight, I was starving. McDonald’s is my lazy, cheap travel option. The staff was nice but the muffin tasted nasty. Stale and burnt… Too bad.

There isn’t much to say about a Mickey D’s, except that this one doesn’t ever seem to be super busy. The staff is nice and the food is nicely prepared.
I’m rarely on this size of Hapeville — this is usually a pitstop when I am travelling on 75-​South, but this is a good quick stop when a bite is needed.

So I grew up in Hapeville so this may totally be a biased review. I love, love, love this location. It can be cleaner on the outside in my opinion! But the service is good. The food is usually good. And this is the best place for fast food Sweet Tea in town. It is always the same. No matter when you get it! I appreciate that! if your order is not right they will correct the problem. If you call and speak with a manager he or she will correct the issue at hand. I am not a fan of the food at any McDonald’s but if I just have to have a Big Mac, this is the place that I’d like to get it from.

Nice Mc. donalds, although it can be tough to get out of since it’s right off of 75 and there’s sure to be a nice flow of traffic blocking your path. During the wee hours of the morning however, you can slip in and out for breakfast pretty easily, especially since it’s literally next door to an IHOP, which gets more traffic in the morning.
Still, friendly staff, both drive thru windows are manned, and they get you in and out fairly quickly
