I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I was with the previous owner for 3 years and she treated my dogs like family. They didn’t show up for 2 schedule visits and when I asked for my keys back they suddenly disappeared. I had to go down to the owner’s dog training business to get my keys back and they had no clue where they were. Finally when i threatened to bring the police the new owners ex-​wife called me and told me she had the keys in Tucker, GA! Needless to say I still don’t have my keys and have had to change the locks. These people are not to be trusted. I have heard from the new owner’s ex wife that they are going to start putting up billboards around town to get more business but I urge anyone and everyone to beware. I wouldn’t trust them with a hamster let alone my 3 dogs. No return calls, emails, etc. The worst. I could just go on forever.

When the business was sold to the current owner (James Salva), the business went to trash. I used the former owner for 5 years and I had to fire the new owner two months after the sale. They were supposted to be doing 25 minutes visits and walks to my dog. However, they were visiting for only 5 minutes. I have an alarm system that creates a log of when the alarm is turned on and off. I confronted them about this and they acknowledge they were having problems with their walkers. When I initially fired them, they promissed to return my keys and the remote to my gate. They have sense ignored my requests for these items. If their walkers took these items and they don’t have them, the professional response would be to acknowlege this rather than just refuse to return the items. The current company is awful. I would not trust them.
