On 8−1−14 I went to this Michael Kors store for the first time in the Cumberland Mall. I am somewhat new to this area so hadn’t been there previously. I went in to purchase a specific gift. The store was clean & attractive, I was greeted by a friendly young woman quickly. I told her specifically what I wanted & she informed me they didn’t have any (certain type of wallet). She tried to steer me to other products which would not do. She did offer that I could check Macy’s out an outlet mall.
I made the trip to this mall specifically for the Michael Kors store. I was quite disappointed in the limited selection. Very nice sales girl but she didn’t seem to «Get» that I want a zip wallet, not a little clutch purse or otherwise. I appreciated that she told me other stores to check. I am disappointed because I thought that the quality of store & products would offer more to the consumer, I mean, where else would you look for Michael Kors wallets? I probably won’t go in there again.
