Southern hospitality my ass. If i could give this awful shopping center no stars I would and it’s all because of their ridiculous parking situation. As someone who is from hawaii, all the way across the country, i’ve noticed a few differences. This is by far the most outrageous. No where in this property does it state where the property ends or begins nor does it clearly state it’s parking rules or regulations. Just a sign that confused not only me and my boyfriend but a bunch of other groups as well. When we asked the security where the signs were, he failed to point them out. Save yourself 74 bucks and a bunch of Hassel and go the extra 5 minutes to another shopping center. Seriously not worth it at all. Do not come here.

A number of large box stores. You have Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Whole Foods, PetSmart, Staples, and CVS. There are also dining options such as Olive Bistro, Tacos & Tequilas, and Starbucks. You will also find a variety of other establishments such as Verizon Wireless, a dentist office, Massage Envy, etc. A nice good mix of businesses. I love being able to walk to my dentist office from home. Though the sidewalks leading up the complex need some rehab. The loiters can also be a problem. They have catcalled me and my(60+ year old) mom. Seriously. I understand sidewalks are city property so not too much that Midtown Place can do. I frequent CVS the most– monthly prescription. Other than that, I visit TJ Maxx the most for fun shopping. I don’t shop at Whole Foods much, but I like have it accessible. Same goes for Home Depot. The main issue I have with this place is the amount of traffic they get on the weekends. It is SO busy. It can be hard to find a parking spot. And then when you are trying to leave, many times drivers don’t want to let you pull into the major drives as they themselves are anxious to get out.
