One of the coolest dives in the area. Cheep, strong, drinks, and I have seen some dogs welcome as well which is always pretty cool. The staff here is on point and friendly as well.

The drinks here are cheap and strong. That alone should be enough for 5 stars! It has a «Cheers» feel to it. The bartenders are really nice and attentive

I Googled«best bloody Mary Atlanta» and came across this spot. I’d been eating clean and not drinking and working out. Snorefest. It was time for Bender Sunday. I eat At Camelis all the time and hadn’t even noticed this was next door(more on that later). I walk in and quickly realize that maybe just maybe they cater to a gay clientele? Score! I stereotyped and immediately felt set free. No freakshow aging day drinkers hitting on me, no pressure to have polite conversation or hold in my tummy. Nada. The décor is very Bird Cage-esque. Lots of «things» all over that come together to create rainbow magic. As if I’d entered his home, I’m greeted by Ron. Such a sweetheart. It’s obvious that I’m new as every single person at the bar is familiar. There’s a splash of everyone there. Black, white, old, young(less of these) you name it. Other than age(mostly older), what do they have in common? KENO! Double score. I get lost in the game, win and eventually lose. All while having fun conversation and CHEAP drinks. Shift change, enter Michael. Gorgeous with amazing highlights and sweet as a honeycomb. This place is certainly not for everyone, but for everyone else it is. You gotta be okay in alternative environments. Also, like everyone said, it’s adjacent to Murder Kroger, not Flower Kroger. You get what you get. I would have removed a star for the super intense ass smoke, but the service and prices totally made up. Bonus: I sorta ended up with two phone numbers. Both were straight guys. Yes they were so shut up!!! Fun lookie look: Check out the cool new sign that finally identifies their business from the exterior. The guy who designed it was actually there that day. Super talented craftsman. Lastly, there was a dog there enjoying the bar. They support all sorts of canine-related charities and welcome pups to join you when food is not being served. Call first if it’s your first visit before bringing Fido though. Have a feeling it may be limited.

I love, love, love this place. The staff Is amazing. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. Michael Adkins is my favorite bartender, he won best bartender in atlanta. And lf you want the best bloody marry in atlanta you have to see Elvis, he makes the best bloody Mary’s and you win at keno. When you come ask for the«red snapper«its my favorite shot. Michaels drinks are the best. When your here you feel like your at home. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Remember that scene in SOAPDISH where Whoppie Goldberg takes Sally Field out to a mall in Connecticut so she fells better. This is that in the Gay Bar world. It is a small, smoke filled dive of a place under neath the Ford Factory Lofts in Midtown. Great Location, Great Parking, Great Drinks, just not a pretty crowd to look at!

This bar welcomes everyone and serves up strong drinks at a good price. If Clermont gets too crowded we stumble the few blocks down the street to the Murder Kroger plaza to Model Ts.

Since my original review, I’ve been back to Model T several times, and I’ve become more and more impressed with it each time. Model T is quickly becoming one of the few bars in Atlanta at which I almost always have a good time. The area is still a little sketchy, and occasionally the bartenders have to throw out the vagrants who inhabit Ponce, but I will definitely be back.
