This has to be one of the most poorly managed doctors offices in Atlanta. They utilize this online system for tracking your medical records but then they don’t followup with you at all. The wait is always an hour or more for a scheduled appointment and the waiting room is always crowded. After two years with this office I am deciding to go elsewhere.

Reading the only 2 reviews here, it seems things have changed A LOT! –Office staff are funny and polite –Wait is never an issue –I’ve been able to schedule appointments within a comfortable time frame –Nan is pretty efficient with the physical, easily spotting and explaining possible symptoms without inciting hypochondria –Follow up is never an issue; they use an online tool called MyChart, where you can review lab results, appointment reminders, and even request prescription refills to be sent. When I sent a message about some lab results, I received a response within the end of the same day(even though the site says it can take up to 2 business days). This is exactly what I’m looking for in a general doctor. Would be 5 stars if parking wasn’t a nightmare(and they validated) but such is the way for most metro practitioners.

I completely agree with the review of the previous poster. There has been no followup from my visit two weeks ago and I have called three times for test results — still no return call. The same thing happened last year. No one ever answers the phone — you can only leave a voicemail and hope that someone responds to it. It took me three months to receive an appointment for an annual exam. This practice is poorly managed.
