Had a WONDERFUL experience with Monte Carlo! They were very knowledgeable about the business and offered excellent service. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience with Monte Carlo Productions. They put together an entertaining evening with all sorts of games — rolling dice at the Craps table, spinning the Roulette wheel, and some classic Blackjack. At least those were the games I played. Pool tables, ping pong, and slot machines were also available.
I was really shocked to learn that Monte Carlo also provided large display setups at each of the buffets representing different countries around the world. There must have been over 15 different large-​scale displays from an Eiffel tower to an Italian gondola.
Will be turning to them first for future events, knowing they are creative and execute flawlessly.

I hired Monte Carlo to bring a craps table into my home this last weekend and they brought me a very poorly put together table and I called the next morning before the party and told them there was a problem they said the dealer would fix it when they came. They showed up ten minutes late and were not able to ever get the table right.
They told me they took pictures and the owner would get with me on Monday about the situation. My husband again showed the driver who picked up the table that it was still not right.
I spoke to the owner John in the morning after calling twice and he ask me what I wanted. I told him he was the owner what would he do to make things right? He then very nicely said that he had received my deposit for 365.00 and he also had my balance check for 365.76 and he would just tear up the second check and we would go on from there.
Now later today I received a call from the owner and he bascily called me a Liar he said he had spoken to his staff and they said nothing was wrong with the table! He told me he had not yet seen the pictures but that the driver told him the table was perfect! Well I ask him why I would have called almost eight hours before the event to alert them something was wrong with the table if it was perfect? He told me that In so many words I was not worth the trouble! Yes Monte Carlo who are a company solely in the service business told me I was lying for financial reasons even though I had paid a deposit which was cashed and also given them payment in full even though There was a problem! John closed with he did not ever want to do business with me again! I have been in the service industry for thirty five years and never have I told someone they were not worth the trouble! John told me he makes lots more money than I ever paid him and he basically does not need my business!
I am amazed that someone who knows that I have done business with them for several years would treat a customer the way he did! He made the offer to discount my bill I had paid them in full even with the situation being what it was.
I am saddened that there are people like this when all I wanted is to be fairly treated!
But I guess what I have learned is sometimes there is no reasoning! Can’t fix stupid!

For my husband’s 30^th birthday party, I wanted to throw him a casino themed event. I got a few quotes from other casino rental companies and Monte Carlo was definitely the best! I worked with Carla, who was efficient and responsive, and the whole experience was very smooth and exceeded my expectations! I reserved a Blackjack table and a Texas Hold ‘em table and the dealers arrived with plenty of time to set up the tables and were extremely professional throughout the entire party. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved the casino tables! If you need a night where you feel like you’re on a cruise ship, definitely contact Monte Carlo Productions!
