John is awesome! He went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. We were trying to have some data recovered from a laptop (without breaking the bank) and had gotten ourselves into an unfortunate situation with another tech company — sent the computer off to be «diagnosed,» realized they were going to charge us a ridiculous amount of money and then had trouble getting ahold of anyone to get the computer back! I thought we had lost the laptop for good.
John so graciously called and dealt with the other tech company. He had the computer sent directly to his office and then proceeded to recover all the data in a reasonable amount of time AND for a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again, John! If we have any other computer issues in the future… we’ll be back.
